there is something so indescribably infuriating about being a trans kid in this country right now. We couldn't vote, so we put our lives into the hands of this country, and could only sit and watch as it was dashed to the ground because the popular majority would rather reelect a convicted criminal and rapist over a legally decorated black woman.

This country saw what happened 8 years ago and learned exactly nothing.
