In four days we will Celebrate Ostara, the Spring Equinox, festival home of goddess eostre. If you haven't heard of it yet, you can look back at my other Posts about the Easter festival. I wrote about easter in different nations, how you can celebrate Ostara and who Eostre is.

But now I want to give you a small insight on the Equinox.  Did you know that our Days are not always exactly 24h long? I'd love to hear from you. Have you already invited all your friends and family for a easter fire? Or are you going to have a big feast and hide some eggs for the kids?

"I Know Myself"

Note: I realize some of my sigils come out quite complex like this and can be intimidating to try and draw. It is perfectly acceptable to print them out and use them that way.

You can use this sigil any way you see fit but here are some methods that come to my mind right off the bat.

If you meditate, then meditate with it. Have this sigil nearby when you sleep. Carry it with you in your pocket or purse or something.

“I Love Who I Am”

I always want to encourage people to get creative with how you use sigils. I leave suggestions in the descriptions here just as ideas, so if you can think of a better way to use this sigil than what I mention here please do it! That being said here are some methods that come to mind for this sigil:

Tape it to the top of your mirror

Write it in your personal journal if you have one

Draw it on yourself 

Burn it to ash and add the ash to some bath salt for a self-care bathing experience

Hel Mary - 07/01/20

“Hel Mary” is the title of my personal upcycled art projects in which I thrift abandoned Mother Mary statues and give them new life with paint & love. My newest addition is adorned with clear and smoky quartz points, sustainably foraged & cleaned animal bones and a labradorite cab in her hand.

Hel is the Norse deity of the underworld, said to have the appearance of being half alive. She looks after those who did not die on the battlefield.
