My sister needs our help

My sisters service dog got hit by a car, and this info was purposefully kept from us for hours by our brother. (we had to force a friend of his to tell us, the others didn't say a word)

We went to an emergency vet but they screwed us over, Sent him to a different vet when he wasn't ready or got the care he needed. He got worse and it costed us $1,100

He is currently staying at an er and getting a chest tap, a dnr was signed. At the time of posting this the cost of treatment is $3,700.

This has not only been heartbreaking but is causing loads of financial stress on my sister, I want to help. The goal amount may fluctuate with charges added on, any amount given or shares helps.
