I bought Sasuke Shinden when taking a trip to Japan. The book is cute lol.

Sarada literally lied to Sasuke that Sakura left a mark on his lip with her lip stick AND Sasuke pretended to be cool and raised his hand to wipe the mark away before Sarada calmly told him that her mom didn’t even have a lip stick lmao. He just confirmed that he kissed Sakura to Sarada. Smart kid lol.

Guys, just think about it...

The first thing he did when she bumped into him, Sasuke smiled. He gave his little pink haired Genin wife a genuine smile.

But then...

He realized what would happen If they held eye contact.

She would recognize him immediately. He knows how a single look could change everything because Sakura and Sasuke are too close.

That's why he covered his eyes. That's why he ran away from a 13 year old. Honestly, I really liked this scene because it made me think about the intense eye contact they actually have when meeting each other.

I guess even Sasuke was aware how intense their eyesmex was 😂

there’s a lot of unspoken pressure to keep liking the things you used to like and to keep dressing the way you’ve always dressed and to never question what you believe in and basically “be yourself” has slowly morphed into “be what everyone knows you as” but trust me when i say if you just give it up and simply make decisions and take actions based purely on what would make you happy, you’ll gain a very comforting sense of self peace
