foolish. the only to describe how you felt. you had spent days ignoring pablo’s calls and messages, ignoring him at parties, disappearing once you saw him, all simply because you couldn’t stand your feelings.

you couldn’t stand the thought of him. yes he was your close friend, but the simple thought of him being romantically involved with someone made your blood boil. you couldn’t understand why you felt like this until one night you let everything out and told aurora, his sister.

there you realized you were in love with him. everyone knew it and had known since y’all were younger and had first met each other, but for years you could never imagine falling in love with him.

now you had spent your week hiding away for him, and as much as you hoped he hadn’t noticed, he did, and he missed you. he was worried about you, rethinking and looking back at everything he had done. he just couldn’t comprehend what had been done, what 𝐡𝐞 had done, to cause this, but whatever it was he hated himself for it.

you walked down the hallway trying your best to sneak away, after seeing him. that was until you were pulled into a room.

“¿que hice?” he asked pinning you against the wall. “¿de que hablas pablo?” you asked him looking up at him. “you know what i’m talking about.” “no i don’t.” you responded trying to move only making him pin you harder.

“don’t play with me y/n/n you’ve been ignoring me. why?” he whispered softly in your ear. “i haven’t been” you shivered as his breathing tickled the back of your neck.

“dime corazón, why’d you do it. hmm?” fuck it you thought.

“because of you” he smirked. 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 “¿yo? what do you mean y/n/n?” he responded. “you know what i mean.” you told him slightly panicking. you knew him but right now you really couldn’t tell if he was just playing along or if he did know what you mean but you were in too deep at this point.

he smashed his lips against yours. “mierda, you don’t know how long i’ve been waiting to hear you say that amor.” you pulled away as he rested his forehead against yours.

“i’ve been killing myself all week. i thought i did something to make you leave me.” he told you kissing your cheek. “i’m sorry i just thought it was better if i did.”

“i’m just happy you’re mine now.” he said before moving away slightly, but still holding onto you. “i mean that is if you want to-y/n/n do you want to be my girlfriend?” he asked making you smile. “i would love to pablito.” you told him before he kissed you once more.

you stood next to aurora supposedly listening to her although your mind was somewhere else. “y/n are you listening?” you snapped out of your thoughts looking at your boyfriend’s sister. “no sorry, what did you say?” you told her while still looking at your boyfriend.

before his match you had gotten into an argument with pablo. it had started when one of your friends had brought up pablo never treating you like a girlfriend or showing any affection for you. you dismissed her and tried no to think about it but eventually you couldn’t stop thinking about it so you brought it up to pablo.

he told you to drop it as he did show affection for you and that your friend didn’t know what she was talking about, but you didn’t. and so the argument grew, ending in him walking away angrily to the locker room and you going to find his family.

“hermanita, what happened? are you okay? did something happen with pablo? what did he do?” aurora asked grabbing your hands. “i’m okay, it’s just we got into an argument before the match and now i feel terrible auro.” you told her looking up at her. her face softened “que paso y/n/n?” she asked and so you told her everything. “he’s just stressed y/n/n, he’s so in love with you and just doesn’t know how to express it.” she hugged you tightly and you reciprocated it smiling lightly. “thank you auro i really needed to hear that i just hope he’s over it-” you spoke before hearing the crowd yelling.

turning to look, you saw your boyfriend looking up trying to find you. once he did he smiled pointing at you before signaling your initial and blowing a kiss before his team ran up to him celebrating his goal. “seems like he is y/n/n” aurora laughed placing her arm over your shoulder.

“perdóname hermosa, i was overwhelmed i didn’t mean to speak to you like that and you’re right i don’t act like your my girl but i promise it’s because i’ve never loved someone as much as i do you-” he rambled before you grabbed his face smashing your lips against his. “cállate” you told him before pulling away and resting your forehead against his.

“it’s okay pab i know and i don’t care what anyone says because i have you and that’s all i need and i’m sorry for bringing it up i never should’ve listened to what she said.” you told him before he stopped you. “no tienes nada por qué disculparte mi vida.” he kissed you as you both smiled into the kiss.
