ok, I just finished reading 'the raven cycle' and don't get me wrong, I'm completely obsessed with it, but I still don't get who was the person Adam said he felt like was following them in the first book. Was it Neeve?
the charles one broke my heart

regulus: why is your back all scratched up?
[flashback to james chasing a raccoon after regulus told him to leave it alone]
james: i’m having an affair.
The worst Wolfstar fanfic I’ve ever read ?
Oh definitely Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Neil Gaiman's favorite trope
ok, so I started reading "Wolfsong", I'm in the middle of "Ravensong", and it is nice, I'm enjoying it so far.
but I can't be the only one that was shocked when the book tells you that Joe would be Ox's romantic partner. Like, I figured it out with Ox, when he found out, I found out.
Since they met when Joe was 10, I read the entire book without thinking of them as anything but a beautiful friendship, I know 5 years isn't that much of an age gap, BUT IT IS WHEN HE'S 15 AND YOU'RE 20.
I'm not saying they're problematic or anything because they never really got toguether before both of them where in their majority. I'm saying that I never got to think of them as romantic, until I was over 50% of the book.
It was unexpected, and I want to know if it was a common sense or I'm the only one freaking out about this.
*Sirius and Remus fighting*
*Remus yelling at Sirius*
*Sirius shutting down*
*Remus' blood going cold as he realizes what he did*
Remus: Sirius, I...
Sirius: Dont
I think my heart broke a little more after Edwin having to see Charles and Crystal goodbye kiss
James: You know, before we met, I was under the impression that you were threatening.
Regulus: I am.
James: You’re taking a nap on my bed.
Regulus: Threatening.
James: You’re cuddling me.
