Right, so I completely forgot about this for a bit…

Warning: ramble time below

(Hope I can word this decently where it makes at least somewhat sense)

Always see people using blaze hybrid or blazeborn/netherborn and my brain took that and left me worldbuilding for hours.

A netherborn is somewhat like a spirit of the nether and will take form of either a cat or a bird, then it would also have characteristics of a mob found in the nether (examples being blazeborn or ghastborn).

Also, netherborns can take physical forms if needed but usually stay in more of a spiritual form or flame.

If someone is a blaze hybrid, they would have floaty detached limbs and blaze rods (or something like that). But if they were a blazeborn hybrid, then they would take appearance from the netherborn spirit and part from a blaze.

This is why my Tango has the ears, paws, and tail when normal blazes and blaze hybrids do not. He is a blazeborn (cat form) hybrid, not a blaze hybrid, he would have the floaty floaty if he was.

ANYWAY, there was a horribly worded ramble about nether hybrids and netherborn hybrids, I probably forgot to write tons. Feel free to ask questions if anyone is able to make sense of this!

Also I have a drawing WIP of every form for each netherborn, but that’s 12 different designs (6 cat ones and 6 bird ones), who knows if I’ll ever get around it it :p
