"Omg now that Johnny won no one would believe women -"
Imma stop you right there and now. No, you do not have Johnny to blame, you have AMBER for lying and abusing someone, to blame if nobody believes women. As someone who's watched my mother, my aunt, my uncle, my sister and myself, fall into the hands of abusers and watched them get away with it, I'm glad Johnny won, because no one woud say "Oh no he's a kind man he can't be abusive" or "she's just a woman she cannot be abusive" anymore. Johnny stuck out his neck for every Abuse victim and won for us. Amber used society's view to try and hide her lies. As someone who's followed the trial from 2016 (you can imagine how young I was back then) to 2022, you can never, ever tell me, with every evidence out there placed for the world to see that Amber isn't an abuser. We all know the first trial in the UK was unfair because the Sun was hiding the truth, even refusing any of his evidence because the relative of the judge wrote the headlines. The US Virginia court let both have their say and Amber exposed herself.
Maybe now I have hope that when I put out my evidence no one will silence me like what Amber tried to do with Johnny again. This gave me hope because as long as I say the truth I have nothing to fear.
And if you choose to hate on the women that spoke in defence of Johnny Depp, you ARE the one who doesn't like women. You only care about your own narrative of 'feminism' which is supporting and using misogynistic and archaic ways of thinking when it caters to your case, like pretending women cannot be shitty people too. In this case, Amber had the power because media bent to her will and Johnny had nothing left but evidence and the support of his lawyers and fans.
And fuck NBC and their shitty takes on this case btw.
So the results of the Depp vs Heard case has unfortunately revealed to me that a few of the people I follow (a few of them for a very long time) are Heard supporters and the posts they reblog are along the lines of “it’s bad and will discourage victims from coming forward” while completely ignoring how it will be empowering for male victims who have largely been suffering in silence.
And it’s made me really think about an unfortunate fallacy in people’s thinking when it comes to various buzz phrases and buzz words used when talking about victims of abuse.
“Believe all women.”
Uh… no. A noble idea on the surface, but as has clearly been seen with Depp and Heard, that ideology is just opening the door for female perpetrators of abuse to take advantage of other people’s good will and desire to help victims.
Emphasis on LISTEN. Not believe. You should never, EVER just believe someone blindly. Especially in something as serious as abuse allegations. But you should always be willing to LISTEN. Take the time to see what evidence comes forward. See what a judge and jury say if the allegations ever make it that far.
Blind belief is putting yourself at risk of being taken advantage of by people who have no qualms with lying through their teeth and telling you everything they think you want to hear.
I have so many thoughts about this Johnny Depp case. If you watched any of this trial you would know that the evidence simply did not point to Johnny Depp beating the shit out of Amber heard the way that she was saying he was and her claiming such was defamatory. Like objectively the evidence just was not on her side. I’m happy Johnny Depp won because it was blatantly clear that she was the aggressor in this relationship and there are even multiple recordings of her saying that she was hitting him. The fact that she took advantage of so many women’s pain and suffering to lie to torpedo this man’s career out of spite is absolutely disgusting. To try and capitalize on such an important and needed movement in history thinking that she would just be believed and that would be the end of it sets women back in decades. Because now all the misogynist and all the abusers are gonna point to this case and say “women lie”. So many victims are going to suffer because of her. I am absolutely disgusted by this. And to all the people who are happy that Johnny Depp won simply because he’s Johnny Depp, I urge you to look at this again and reevaluate why this is positive. It’s not that Johnny Depp prevailed, it’s that the victim of domestic abuse prevailed and was granted justice. domestic violence victims can come in all sexes all genders all races all nationalities. There’s even a recording of amber heard insinuating that no one would believe that Johnny is a victim of domestic assault simply because he’s a man. The saying should have never been “believe women” the saying should have been “believe victims”. for once I’m glad that our justice system worked like it was supposed to and granted justice to someone who was suffering.
Please now when other women come out with DV allegations don't you dare go "oooh it's the next amber heard". She ruined all the victims and put women back years in their fight against abuse. We should trust women when they sat they are victims of domestic abuse. But we should also trust men when they say they are victims of domestic abuse.
Also fuck Amber Heard.
“I loved you for so many fucking years, but you know what? You didn’t exist.”
—Johnny Depp to Amber Heard, in a recording presented as evidence in their recent defamation trial.
this verdict is not a setback for women and survivors.
what amber heard did — weaponizing her womanhood, taking advantage of the MeToo movement, alienating actual victims, and lying in an attempt to further abuse and punish her actual victim —
that is a setback for women and survivors.
If you support Amber Heard, block me right the fuck now. We do not support abusive, lying sacks of flaming garbage in this house.
On June 1st 2022, Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day, John Christopher Depp II won a defamation lawsuit proving his innocence, and rightfully condemning his abuser. Today is a good day.
Cheers to everyone who fought for the truth, may this be the start of a new chapter in the lives of victims and their journey to justice.
"Veritas numquam perit. Truth never perishes"
Since today's hot topic is Johnny Depp's victory in the libel suit against his ex-wife; I want to say that this is a big day, especially for male victims and survivors of DV.
No, this is not a loss in the #MeToo movement. If anything, I'd say the #MeToo movement needs to be more inclusive to male victims of abuse.
It's time that we believe all victims and survivors.
"Tell the world, Johnny, tell them, 'Johnny Depp, I, a man, I'm a victim too of domestic violence' and see how many people believe or side with you."
Growing up is actually all about realizing people don’t inherently dislike you and it’s a bit odd to assume they do
I swear, someday I'm going to write a story in which every single character is named via illegible cursive that I find while filing.
Recently a couple of the autistic kids I work with have inspired me with openly, unapologetically owning it.
Like one kid saying “if I don’t make eye contact it’s because I find that hard and it’s easier to concentrate on what you’re saying if I’m not looking at you.”
And another one asking for clarification of an ambiguous statement to check understanding instead of just hoping for the best.
And one saying “I’m going to stim now, this conversation is hard”
I have so much respect for them for being able to voice those things! It’s inspired me to try harder to do that instead of masking until I meltdown because I’m so scared of how people will react.
i learned that slaveholders in the US knew that enslaved people were escaping to Mexico, the U.S. tried to get Mexico to sign a fugitive slave treaty, but Mexico refused to sign such a treaty, insisting that all enslaved people were free once they set foot on Mexican soil (x)
Melissa Benoist said when Blake Jenner was abusing her, she started becoming violent in return out of anger of being abused & everyone understood. This was the same response Johnny Depp had to Amber Heard’s abuse but he’s the villain for some reason. It is very real that people can bring the worst out in you - that doesn’t mean you’re not the victim.
the fact Amber was the one who didn’t want this trial to happen, but Johnny Depp didn’t give up. he knows he has nothing to hide, because he has what she doesn’t: the truth.
"ReemDepp" quoted something that Johnny Depp said about his kids while on the stand. The issue is that they did not quote the whole thing, leaving the door open to shit holes of false propaganda such as "popculturedie in2009"
This account goes on to claim Depp is a liar because there are public records of Amber and his kids together and texts from Lily-Rose at the beginning and during of their relationship. (Still based off the "ReemDepp" quote tweet.)
So, is Johnny Depp a liar ? Are we fucking stupid ? Do we live in a shit world ? Was a televised trial a good idea ?
Well. No Depp isn't a liar. Yes we are fucking stupid. Yes we live in a shit world. Yes a televised trial was a good idea. And here's why:
Johnny Depp was asked "And at the end of your relationship, how was Ms.Heard's relationship with your children ?"
Depp went on to reply: "Non-existent. (..) My children refused to be around her anymore."
He never insinuated that his kids never had a relationship with Heard. He never said that they always hated her.
Weirdos on social media put words in his mouth and as usual, distorted the truth.
For crying out loud, Johnny did not groom Winona. Winona was already 18 when they met and started dating. Winona loved Johnny and is fucking defending him!!!
The only reason they are even bringing this up is BECAUSE they know amber's guilty. They know he never abused her and that she lied, so they need to grasp on to anything to make him "look bad", even if that means making stuff up.
I swear people on twitter have shit for brains and the people who just blindly believe them, I don't know, they probably just don't have any at all. THIS is why twitter needs to fucking die.
also if you are anti johnny depp go ahead and unfollow me. the amount of people i have seen on this app that support a**er is astonishing.
if you support her i suggest you leave because i will not stand for people supporting someone who has been seen multiple times mocking, and laughing at someone else’s pain.
like a lawyer in the trial said, nobody in any of the relationships, friendships or his family members has ever said he was violent in anyway other than yelling, which is barely violence.
Pride and Prejudice (2005) is a timeless classic because the line “i’m 27 years old, i’ve no money and no prospects. i’m already a burden to my parents and i’m frightened” is as relevant today as when she published pride and prejudice in 1813 😭
tw: self harm
Amber Heard and her legal team played an audiotape of Johnny Depp expressing his desire to harm himself in the courtroom today, which caused Johnny to break down and cry on the stand. And while that’s sickening, here are some of the things I noticed from this:
Instead of helping him get the help he needed, she chose to record him when he was at his lowest point.
Her team did not ask a single question about the audiotape after they played it. They literally only made Johnny relive that moment of his life, left him crying on the stand knowing he legally cannot talk about it to anybody for 3 whole days.
The audiotape was about Johnny wanting to harm himself. Not her.
There was NO other reason for them to play that audiotape except their wanting to break him down, knowing they’ve screwed up. That’s a very low move even for AH. She’s still publicly abusing and gaslighting him. And you want me to believe she’s the victim????
Before I say anything about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial, might I say that the judge on this case is very familiar and close to Amber, making it a very acquittal case. The judge should have stepped down considering that he is becoming more biased with every minute of this case.
Please read further for info about Johnny and Amber’s relationship;
The Beginning
In 2009, Johnny met Amber on the set of ‘The Rum Diary’. Johnny starred as Paul Kemp, a journalist who takes a job in Puerto Rico — based off of Hunter S. Thompson’s book of the same name. Thompson was Johnny’s real-life friend and idol.
Amber played Chenault — a woman who is engaged to another man — who Kemp is immediately smitten with as soon as he sees her.
Amber Heard told Vogue in 2011 — quote on quote — “Working with Johnny was torture. It was better than I ever imagined, which is really saying something.”
Johnny and Amber started dating around the end of 2011 or the start of 2012. It was also that year in 2012 that Johnny called it quits with Vanessa Paradis after 14 years of dating. Johnny and Vanessa had two kids; Lily-Rose Depp (1999), and John Christopher (2002).
Amber had also split up with partner Tasya Van Ree at the same time. USA Today reported that Amber had been arrested in 2009 on a charge of physically assaulting then-girlfriend Van Ree at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in Washington. The two had gotten into a disagreement after Amber allegedly grabbed and hit Van Ree’s arm.
All the charges were dropped. However, with Van Ree herself saying that Amber was “wrongfully” accused by the cops who “misinterpreted and over-sensationalized” the incident.
The Middle
In 2014, rumors broke after seeing Amber Heard wearing an engagement ring. Johnny himself had seemed to confirm the engagement when he went into a video interview with The Daily Mail after discussing wedding planning and pointing out that he was wearing ‘a chick’s ring’ on his finger. “It’s probably a dead giveaway, isn’t it? Not very subtle,” Johnny had said.
In 2015, Amber and Johnny married in a private ceremony. After several years of dating, Johnny and Amber married in a very private ceremony in their home in LA.
The Start Of The Accusations
In 2016, Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny and accused him of physical abuse. On May 23, 2016, Amber filed for divorce from Johnny and also obtained a temporary restraining order against him. She claimed that Johnny had physically abused her during their relationship, and said it had been the actions of his alcohol or drug consumptions that had forced it.
She had claimed Johnny had left her with a bruised face when he threw his phone at her. However, a police spokesman told People that an investigation into the domestic incident radio call found no crime had taken place.
Johnny had denied these accusations and through his representatives said Amber was “attempting to secure and premature financial resolution by alleging abuse.”
A $7 million settlement was reached out of court on August 16, 2016 when Amber testified under oath at a deposition, but a settlement was eventually reached after she withdrew her request for a domestic violence restraining order. She also rescinded her spousal support request for $50,000 a month.
Amber and Johnny also released a joint statement saying: “Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but was always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain.” It continued: “There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm.”
Amber received $7 million from the divorce but donated it to charity, according to People.
In 2017, Johnny and Amber’s divorce was finalized. Amber had kept the dogs that were at the centre of the 2015 scandal in which the couple failed to declare animals in Australia. Meanwhile, Johnny retained sole possession of all properties, including his private island in the Bahamas, as well as his collection of classic cars and motorcycles.
The Other Accusations
In December 2018, Amber wrote an op-ed for the Washington Post saying she was abused. She wrote about the treatment of women in domestic abuse cases.
In the op-ed, Amber stated: “I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out.”
Amber had never mentioned her ex-husband by name, but by using context clues, Johnny’s team could tell who she was talking about.
In 2019, Johnny Depp sued Amber for $50 million for defamation over the WaPo article. The suit said that Amber “is not a victim of domestic abuse, she is a perpetrator,” and denied that Johnny had ever abused her. Instead, the suit stated the Amber’s accusations were part of an “elaborate hoax to generate positive publicity,” for the actress.
Johnny’s lawyers stated: “The op-ed defended on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her.”
In a court filing that attempted to dismiss Johnny’s defamation suit, Amber detailed multiple instances of alleged abuse that she said occurred during their marriage as referred to him as the ‘monster,’ per Variety.
Amber claimed that she still had scars on her arms and feet from an incident where Johnny allegedly threw her through a ping pong table and dragged her through broken glass. The suit is still ongoing in the US.
In 2020, phone recordings were released in which Amber admitted to ‘hitting’ Johnny. In January, phone recording obtained by the Daily Mail were put out holding Amber admitting to hitting Johnny.
Amber is saying: “I’m sorry that I didn’t . . . hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you, it was not punching you. Babe, you’re not punched.” It continued, “I don’t know what the motion of my actual hand was, but you’re fine, I did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you.”
Meanwhile, Johnny had said in these recordings. “I left last night. Honestly, I swear to you because I just couldn’t take the idea of more physicality, more physical abuse on each other.” In continued, “Because had we continued it, it would have gotten f—-ing bad. And baby, I told you this once. I’m scared to death we are a f—-ing crime scene right now.”
Amber had replied, “I can’t promise you I won’t get physical again. God, I f—-ing sometimes get so mad I lose it.”
The Trials
On July 7, 2020, the three-week libel trial had began. Johnny had fought News Group Newspapers, the publisher of The Sun, in court over a 2018 article in which they called him a ‘wife beater’ in reference to Johnny and Amber’s former marriage. Johnny sued both the publisher and The Sun’s executive editor Dan Wootton for libel.
Ryder and Paradis both provided statements in Johnny’s defense:
Ryder stated: “The idea that he is an incredibly violent person is the farthest thing from the Johnny I knew and loved. I cannot wrap my head around these accusations.”
Meanwhile, Paradis wrote that Amber’s accusations are “nothing like the true Johnny I have known, and from my personal experience of many years, I can say he was never violent or abusive to me.”
The trial began in early July, and lasted three weeks. Johnny alleged that Amber had defecated in his bed and punched him, to which Amber denied. Johnny had also accused Amber of having extra-marital affairs with James Franco and Elon Musk, to which Amber also denied.
Amber, meanwhile, accused Johnny of physically abusing her, and also accused him of throwing a phone at her face, which she says left her bruised. Furthermore, Amber had stated that Johnny threatened to kill her on several occasions.
Three months after the blockbuster trial began, Judge Mr Justice Nicol ruled that The Sun was correct in reporting that Johnny was violent towards his ex-wife Amber Heard.
In reaching his ruling, Nicol referred to 14 separate incidents that The Sun’s lawyers cited to justify calling Johnny a “wife-beater.”
Following the ruling, a spokesman for The Sun stated: “The Sun has stood up and campaigned for the victims of domestic abuse for over 20 years. Domestic abuse victims must never be silenced and we thank the judge for his careful consideration and thank Amber Heard for her courage in giving evidence to the court.”
In a statement seen by the BBC, Amber’s lawyer in the US stated: “For those of us present for the London High Court trial, the decision and judgement are not a surprise. Very soon, we will be presenting even more voluminous evidence in the US.” It continued, “We are committed to obtaining justice for Amber Heard in the US Court and defending Ms. Heard’s right to free speech.”
Johnny has strenuously denied all claims that he was violent towards Amber and in a statement published shortly after his ruling, his lawyers stated: “This decision is as perverse as it is bewildering. Most troubling is the judge’s reliance on the testimony of Amber Heard, and corresponded disregard of the mountain of counter-evidence from police officers, medical practitioners, her own former assistant, other challenged witnesses and an array of documentary evidence which completely undermined the allegations, point by point. All of this was overlooked. The judgement is so flawed that it would be ridiculous for Mr. Depp not to appeal this decision. In the meantime, we hope that in contrast to this case, the ongoing liberal proceedings in America are equitable, with both parties providing full disclosure rather than one side strategically cherry-picking what evidence can and cannot be relied on.”
Johnny has also launched a $50m case against Amber in the US over a column she penned for the Washington Post about her experience as a victim of domestic violence. While Johnny is not named in her piece, his legal team insists that it is strongly referred to him.
Johnny was denied the right to appeal by the court’s ruling. Johnny Depp and his legal team had hoped to overturn the court’s ruling with an appeal but in a statement that was made public on November 25, Judge Nicol refused to grant Johnny the permission to appeal against his judgement, stating: “I do not consider that the proposed grounds of appeal have a reasonable prospect of success.”
The judge had also ordered Johnny to make an initial payment of £630,000 ($841,733) to News Group Newspapers, publisher of The Sun, to cover its legal fees. Johnny still has until December 7 to apply for an appeal above Judge Nicol at the Court of Appeal.
In March 2021, Johnny was once again denied permission to appeal against the high court ruling by the Court of Appeals in London. Johnny and his lawyers submitted an application to the Court of Appeals in London to obtain permission to contest the High Court ruling that he assaulted his ex-wife.
However, the Court of Appeals judged denied Johnny’s application stating the original hearing “was full and fair” and that the trial judge “gave thorough reasons for his conclusions which have not been shown even arguably to be vitiated by any error of approach or mistake of law.”
During the evidence given at the application hearing, Johnny’s lawyers said that they had not received a fair trial and presented "fresh evidence" that alleged Amber Heard lied about donating her full $7 million divorce settlement to charity.
Johnny’s lawyer Andrew Caldecott QC told the court that Amber’s claim about the donation was a “calculated and manipulative lie” that “tipped the scales against Mr. Depp from the beginning,” The Guardian reported.
A representative for Amber stated her camp was “pleased” but not surprised by the court’s denial of Johnny’s application to appeal. “The evidence presented in the UK case was overwhelming and undeniable,” the rep told The Guardian.
Amber and Johnny’s $100 million libel suit begins April 11. Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s defamation lawsuit began on April 11 at the Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia.
The $100m Libel Suit
In opening statements, Amber’s lawyer, J. Benjamin Rottenborn, told the jury that Johnny is “going to try to turn this case into a soap opera,” referencing his tumultuous relationship with Amber, Insider reported.
Rottenborn had continued that this lawsuit is centered around the question of whether Amber was exercising her First Amendment right to Free Speech by writing an op-ed for the Washington Post about her experience with domestic violence.
“The answer is very clearly yes,” Rottenborn had said.
At one point during the proceedings, Rottenborn read out the full op-ed, and argued that it was clear that the article wasn’t meant to drudge up allegations against Johnny, but to speak about an issue impacting pending legislation. Rottenborn argued that if Amber had intended to describe her relationship with Johnny “believe me, the article would have looked very, very different.”
He had continued, “She could fill a book with those details. She would have told you about the monster, but she didn’t. That wasn’t the true point of this article,” Rottenborn said, “Because Johnny Depp brought this case, all of that is going to come out. Just know Amber Heard didn’t want to unearth for the public who the real Johnny Depp is . . . You’ll see the real Johnny Depp, behind the pirate costume.”
Johnny’s lawyer Benjamin Chew blasted Amber as a liar, saying in court that her accusations ruined Johnny’s career and alienated him from producers who once favored the movie star.
“When, like Mr. Depp, your career depends on your image and your reputation, or whether movie producers want their movies associated with you, that can be particularly harmful,” Chew had told the court.
He continued, “By choosing to lie to about her husband for her own personal benefit, Amber Heard chose to ruin his reputation.”
Johnny Depp had took the stand in court and said that Amber had ‘a need for violence’ during their relationship. On the stand Wednesday, Johnny stated that Amber was the real abuser in their relationship and the change in their relationship started with her making “little digs” and “demeaning name-calling.”
Johnny said he felt like he was “suddenly wrong” about everything, and suffered an “endless parade of insults.”
Johnny had also added that sometimes these arguments would escalate to violence with Amber shoving him or throwing a glass of wine in his face. When these arguments would start, Johnny stated that he would try to extricate himself from the situation, sometimes locking himself inside the bathroom to get away from Amber.
Johnny also stated his relationship with Amber — as well as what he described as her frequent verbal attacks — often contributed to his use of alcohol and drugs.
“I was more inspired by Ms. Heard to reach out for a numbing agent because of the constant clashes,” he had said, “I had to have something to distance my heart from those verbal attacks.”
Johnny Depp’s Testimony
Johnny had said the fight in which his finger was severed happened about a month after his 2015 wedding to Amber when she flew out to Australia to visit him as he filmed the fifth installment of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise.
Insider previously reported that Amber arrived in Australia “very upset” about how a meeting with Johnny’s lawyers had conducted, feeling that one of the lawyers she met with had been “rude and dismissive.” Johnny had told the court that he had asked his lawyers to discuss a postnuptial agreement with Amber.
Johnny said that he was staying in a large house in Australia, and remembered locking himself in “at least nine bedrooms and bathrooms” that day “as she was banging on the doors and screaming obscenities and wanting to have physical altercation.”
At the point, Johnny stated he had been sober from drinking for some time, but noted the stress of the situation caused him to go to the bar in the house and pour himself a few shots of vodka. He continued that Amber had followed him to the bar and started yelling at him for drinking again, and proceeded to throw the bottle of vodka at him. Johnny had said the bottle flew past his face and smashed on the ground behind him.
Johnny had stated that he then went back to the bar, picked up a larger bottle of vodka, and continued to pour himself a drink. He said Amber had picked up the second bottle and threw it at him, and that this time it had made contact with his hand, slicing off his middle right finger.
“It made contact and it shattered everywhere,” he had said. “I honestly didn’t feel the pain at first, what I felt was heat and I felt as if something were dripping down my hand. Then I looked down and realized that the tip of my finger had been severed and I was looking directly at my bones sticking out and the meaty portion of the inside of your finger.”
Johnny later testified that he had lied to the doctors about how the tip of his finger was cut off rather than telling them that Amber had threw a bottle of vodka at him.
“I didn’t want to disclose that it had been Ms. Heard that had thrown a vodka bottle at me and then took my finger off, he had said. “I didn’t want to get her in trouble. I tried to just keep things as copacetic and easy as possible for everyone. I didn’t want to put her into that mix.”
Johnny had later testified that Amber was the one responsible for fecal matter found on their shared bed after a fight in which he said he was leaving her. The actor alleged that the incident happened following a fight after a dinner party for Amber’s 30th birthday on April 21, 2016.
“My initial response to that was, I laughed,” Amber stated, describing the reaction to seeing a photo of the feces. “It was so outside. It was so bizarre and so grotesque that I could only laugh.”
According to Johnny, Amber blamed the fecal incident on Pistol and Boo, her two dogs — an explanation Johnny said he found ridiculous.
“She brought up the fecal matter on the bed. She tried to blame it on the dogs,” he had stated. “They’re teacup Yorkies. They weight about 4 pounds each. I lived with these dogs. I picked up their funk. It was not the dogs.”
My Opinions
Not only do I think Amber is a manipulative and narcissistic woman, but I believe she is only saying these things to gain public attention and become known from the world. Who knows, she may even be doing this to have pity. But what I do know is that Amber Heard is guilty and she needs to be put in jail.
Judge Justice Nicol needs to step down, he is close to the defendant and it can be a biased situation, which is a very obvious opposite from the actual judge’s job to give the victim justice.
Johnny needs to have his acting jobs that he was taken out of, back. Dior is the only suitable brand that I love only for the fact that they still held a deal with him.
Everything that Amber Heard put Johnny Depp through should never be forgotten, she should be held accountable for her actions and we should all recognize the incredible and loyal actor we all love. Amber only has a shred of ‘evidence’ that Johnny ever laid a hand on her, whilst Johnny has years and years of factual evidence, photos, audio recordings, and proof that Amber was the abuser.
I know it is hard to not feel empathy for a woman who claims she was a victim of domestic violence, especially when you are a victim of domestic violence, but please, before you root for Amber, read this entire thing, look up more facts about their relationship, and research more about the workings of a manipulative abuser.
If you haven’t seen it, Amber has been mimicking the outfits Johnny has been wearing to court to take back control and power and make him feel like she’s always watching as a manipulation tactic.

“i’m talking about australia, the day that i chopped my finger off”
johnny depp admits cutting his own finger. end of story.
Just a reminder that that Warner Bros. Pictures fired Johnny Depp in Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022) while Amber Heard was allowed to kepp working in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (2023).
#JusticeForJohnnyDepp
Feminism is believing Johnny. It is believing victims. He is literally going against the patriarchal status quo by doing this. What Amber is doing is setting back women so far. I would rather die than fall for those obvious white women crocodile tears. The evidence is right there bitch
Warner Bros. is really reaping what they’ve sowed.
First they fired Johnny Depp from Fantastic Beasts and replaced him. Only for it to bomb hard in the theaters.
They kept Amber Heard in Aqua Man 2, only for people to boycott. And we all know it’s gonna bomb too.
They fired Ray Fisher for speaking out against Joss Whedon and against the racist treatment. Now they’re stuck with Ezra Miller, who’s been arrested twice already for literally assaulting people. Now the Flash movie has been postponed and I doubt anyone has an urge to see it.
They’re gonna go down as a studio who punished and fired two victims, while supporting a literal abuser and a violent felon.
They’ve got no one to blame but themselves.
“Tell the world Johnny, tell them Johnny Depp, I Johnny Depp, a man, I'm a victim too of domestic violence, and see how many people believe or side with you” — Amber Heard to Johnny Depp in 2016.
Johnny Depp in 2022
The entire world believes and sides with him.
