If there's one piece of advice I can give to long distance couples, it's call. Every. Single. Day. If you can facetime/video chat, that's even better. Show up for your partner at the end of every day, be there for them, ask them about their day, laugh and cry together. Just because you're far away from each other, doesn't mean you have to be apart.
