Fluff-

You and Jacob always just knew how to deal with each other. You guys fought, like every other relationship anyone has ever been in, but at the end of the day, he got you, and you got him.

You met through his cousin Solo, at Solo and Almia’s wedding, when you were standing off to the side, happy for this little slice of heaven you found yourself in. You always loved being around the family, and that just intensified when you and Jacob got together.

Loving him wasn’t easy, He had his quirks, just like you had yours. Like he got super upset at certain decisions WWE made that he couldn’t control, and would spend hours at the gym working it off. Or like how you got overly worked up watching his matches, particularly when he gets thrown into things, not that you were forgetting it was fake, but you were always concerned about him getting hurt. But no matter how big the quirks were on both of your sides, you made it work. You and him love each other too much not to make it work, or destroy your selves trying.

When you’re having a particularly bad day and he isn’t home, you’ll just go back and watch his old matches. Not just his WWE ones, but his MLW matches as well. You couldn’t help it, you were proud of all that your man has accomplished.

When you were in a social setting with him, and someone came up and either got too grabby with him, or got a little rude with you after you guys announced your relationship to the world, He would always shut that shit down. You’re his girl, and ain’t no one gonna try and compromise that, no matter who they are. Fan or family be damned.

He’s overprotective of you. I mean, how couldn’t he be? You’re his girl to love, and hold,and fuck, and secretly, the thought of anyone else ever taking his place scared the absolute fuck out of him. The thought of one day not being able to see you in his oversized shirts, or here you cheering at a wrestling match, or come home to you after a particularly hard choice was made, scared the absolute fuck out of him. He always wanted to be with you, so you and him ending? Never in a million fucking years. He'd rather die than let you go.

He loves his cousins, but also knows storylines in WWE can get messy. And messy in a way that it affects personal lives. While they try not to let it get outside of work, some of the stuff said in the ring can hit hard or un-cauterize an old wound they didn’t realise was still bleeding out slowly. So when a storyline brings you up in any way, he makes sure you don’t know about it. He isn’t trying to hide it, or, maybe in a way he is, But he never wants you to experience the same thing he did with a lot of his relationships when it came to work. But when ignoring it isn’t an option, he makes damn sure you know it was for his work, and none of it meant shit. He loves you, and he always will, and at the end of the day, that's all you two need.

As much as he loves you, His career comes first. He would never quit wrestling for you, and he, no matter how uncomfortable you were, he wouldn’t stop a storyline.He would listen to you, but at the end of the day, WWE runs what they want to run. He'll speak about it, but he won't stop one. He wouldn't ever let a romance storyline get to the point it interfered with you guys, though. But, he doesn’t have many romance storylines, so you don’t have much of an issue.

He hates being away from you as much as he hates being dubbed as ‘Solo’s right hand man’. He feels helpless, like he can’t be there for you when he’s hundreds or millions of miles away. And in a way, it's true. There's stuff that happens, that he won’t be there for. But it’s a fact of life, it's a fact of the life you two are building together.

No matter how much of a family man/friend man he is, you come first when he's home. You don’t like a friend? They're gone. You don’t feel like going to a family event? Sorry, the whole house is sick, can’t make it. You don’t feel comfortable with a certain family/friend event? His bad, he thought it was next week, and now you guys can’t make it at all. Secretly, he likes the small breaks. He doesn’t get home a lot, so when he does, he doesn’t wanna see the people he sees every Friday. He wants to see the love of his life.

Sometimes, you’ll see a couple at a mall, and it’ll just hit you. You barely ever see your boyfriend, and when you did, he was swamped by people or events, or his work called and he was out on the next flight. It just hit. So the next time he got home, you ignored your feelings for him. You tried to convince yourself it was only a few days, and you could make it. He saw through it, but didn’t push. He knew his job was taxing, for both him and the people involved. It didn’t help that there was a ring burning a hole in his glove drawer.
