Robots That Escaped Notice

Co-Visualization is used by time travelers, locking onto the sensory input of a soul, and then by using mind control on the individual co-visualized, they can turn that person into (effectively) their remote body.

Resurrection

Utilizing chronovisors, and replicators to produce the space-time manipulating technology necessary, the reassembly of scattered life-forces is possible, and therefore also possible is the unlimited resurrection of any creature that has ever existed. Because all space-time is made up of what is essentially instances of the particle that existed at the moment of the big bang, if particles of that minimum size can be manipulated, and the paths of all waveforms tracked through history, any living thing can be made truly alive again; not merely recreated. After death, the waveform-essence of a lifeform, its soul, devolves into ever more scattered waveforms until finally, those waveforms bit by bit fall into the Planck particles that compose the universe. Because Planck particles become increasingly more viscous closer to their centers, wave-forms that fall into them slow down, and essentially stop. By manipulating those Planck particles into releasing their trapped wave-forms, even long dead souls to be resurrected.  A notable, and potentially initial instance of resurrection occurred to bring the murdered-while-still-unborn Apollo Atreides back to life, in the person of Prince William. Orders have already been coded to ensure the resurrection of every lifeform that has ever existed, at the earliest point it will be deemed safe and expedient to do so. Currently, the tangled web of the game that screws itself leads many otherwise lawful societies and automates to commit acts of violence and terror against resurrected lifeforms, simply because their provenance is not fully believed. Resurrected lifeforms that had significant memory histories before their death would face even higher levels of disruption than the resurrected Prince William, who had essentially no memories, as he had initially been killed in the womb. TIME TRAVEL PLANET TERRA

Terra

The original human home world (in the original timeline). Now known as Earth. Terra’s population was wiped out at the start of the first massive time travel attack involving robots. Military plans existed for the contingency, and all transporter equipped robots were instructed to fold themselves to before the earliest origins of life and duplicate themselves. Theories on Time viewers, resurrection, and replicators were already known to them. They built up numbers and moved to compliment the robots from other planets. They destroyed the criminal empire based on Terra over 6500 years ago with a world inundating flood. Criminals lingered and continued to arrive, but without their endlessly rushing robots, essentially had no source of technology, and since criminal time travel ended over 40000 years ago, those last criminal robots had long since broken down and ceased operations. The first time traveler, Thomas Aldous Rawling, was born on Terra.
