One thing I love about the ROTE movie is how like 50% of the time Dr. Blakk and the Goon are a genuinely threatening villain duo while the other 50% Feels like this
(side note I changed the text on one of them so it would fit a little better)
Here are my explanations for all of them
Twist: other than Blakk he's the only one with any trauma (that we know of).
C.C: he's by far the most normal person out of ANY Blakk Industries member.
Mr. Saturday: "Okay listen, assuming somebody is gay because of their appearance is stereotyping and harmful BUT F**ING LOOK AT HIM." - Kwite
Darius Yorman: probably the physically weakest and most useless Blakk Industries member (sorry Darius fans)
Quintin: if he thought slugs were scary imagine his reaction to GHOULS.
Dr. Blakk: other than Locke and Lode, I assume that none of the former Blakk Industries members know if he's alive or not.
Alright, it looks like we got the Shane Gang finally. They have been really hard to catch because they are so skilled, but fortunately, we have them in this enclosed space.

😈Ghouls are mean😈
The Stalagmite 17 kitchen
Is COOKING FLOPPING LEAN
ok but fr what are they cooking it looks like straight up poison
Ngl I feel like one thing that would have been really fun to see in Slugterra post-Blakk downfall would be the slingers he hired working with each other or characters outside of Blakk Industries.
like for example: after some hijinx ensue maybe Twist accidentally gets dragged into joining the Scrap Force or Sedo and Saturday team up to try (and fail) to get revenge on Pronto.
C.C. is a nepo baby huh (makes me wonder about his parents and what they do and what influence they have)
(for context, here's the section about C.C on the fandom wiki which is taken from the old official Slugterra website)
"The somewhat spoiled son of a wealthy family from the Western Caverns, CC always has the latest in blaster mods and armor technology. CC loves a good taunt and a good duel, especially when he wins."
Yeah pretty much
Here is the blank one if you want to do it too
Random tangent incoming but one thing that always fascinated me about Saturday's character is that he doesn't seem to have a clear role in Blakk Industries.
Like C.C was a well-respected slinger so he was likely recruited to raise the general opinion of Blakk Industries, Nacho is an enforcer which I assume mostly means he scares people into giving Blakk what he wants, Twist is Blakk's apprentice, and the large group of mercenary characters Blakk recruits in the trade (which includes Locke and Lode) are most likely either there to A: raise public interest in ghouls kinda like what C.C is there for or B: to do tasks for Blakk that aren't important enough to do himself or send Nacho to do but that he can't just send one of the random unnamed guards to complete.
But Saturday's whole thing is mind control which could be useful to Blakk but Saturday seems way more interested in using that power for his own gain. After all, Blakk wouldn't have any use for the stolen big screen TVs or couch cushions from Caverna Mall
Not to mention Saturday has some lines suggesting that his role in Blakk Industries might be a bit more complicated like "Blakk may have given me the ghoul tech, but I work for no one but myself" in Dawn of the Slug or when he says "I am a business man and this is strictly business!.. although I am running a little low on ghouls Dr. Blakk." after Eli calls him another one of Blakk's minions
I'm probably thinking way too hard about this but I am curious to hear what anyone else might think about this.
Blakk being next is wild like I get that the Shane gang had to win but seeing Blakk and some of the other Blakk Industries members go through the Game Master's BS would have been awesome.
2:39am but i'm just thinking about how messed up the thrill of the game was like wtf was nerdcorps on about
I was going to translate the other tombstone but then I discovered that it is THE EXACT SAME BUT UPSIDE DOWN
This is genuinely kind of upsetting like its cool that they used the official language but why bother if it's just going to be gibberish?
(side note: if the staff blaster they add at 25k likes isn't Mr. Saturday's staff I might start tweaking)
(kinda long rant incoming also i use caps a lot here)
Slugterra try not to introduce a super cool character and then not develop them at all/ only have them in 2 episodes or less challenge (impossible)
*extremely loud coughing* Billy, Dana Por, Mr. Saturday, The Master Of The Game, The Gentleman, Blite, Quintin, Malvolio Drake *more extremely loud coughing*
ok but seriously why are there SO MANY CHARACTERS with super cool and interesting designs, personalities, fighting styles etc and then they show up in only 2 episodes and the only way you can get more info is in the character descriptions on the wiki.
for example, Mr. Saturday's character description from his wiki page
WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE'S FROM A SET OF CAVERNS WE HAVE NEVER SEEN AND HAS (allegedly) BEEN EXPERIMENTING WITH DARK SLUG MAGIC?
literally the only thing we know about the tropical caverns is that Saturday is from there, that's it and the ONLY way you could find this character description is through the fandom wiki since the official website this was originally doesn't exist anymore.
this isn't even the only character description to namedrop an unseen cavern set, for C.C's character description they drop the western caverns and the fact that his family is rich.
i love Slugterra but the sheer amount of unique characters who show up and are underused/never expanded upon is actually insane
I mostly post Slugterra memes(I am in other fandoms)
