We know Bea taught Ava how to swim but have we thought about the implications? Ava in her red swim suit, ready to jump into the water any chance she gets so she can splash Bea. Bea who bought a black one piece suit thinking it would be the most modest option but her arms and legs are very much on display. Them trying not to stare at each other because if Ava stops paddling she will drown but it's hard to focus when Bea is holding her. Meanwhile Bea is having a gay panic attack because she needs to keep Ava close but that is a lot of skin to skin contact. And all of that in the municipal swimming pool.
A/N: Hello everyone! Happy 1 year anniversary to the Ahsoka series and Wolfwren! For those of you who read my kidfic last month, here is the first of a few very anticipated sequels! Here is an extract and if you want to read the whole story, the link will be at the end!
"The other two bedrooms are here and here.”
Uschi looked within the first one, then the second one. It was this one that caught her attention. It was just as empty and white as the other rooms, but there was something about the size and shape of it that she liked. The windows gave onto the street, rather than the courtyard.
She went to one of the windows and opened the binds to look outside. The street wasn’t too crowded, and the few people who walked by and spotted her smiled at her.
“What do you think?”
Uschi turned away from the window. While Sabine was stuck listening to Treshock’s meandering explanations, Shin had remained behind. She was standing in the doorway of the room, watching Uschi with a smile.
“Can this be my room?” Uschi asked.
“I think so. It depends on whether Sabine likes it too.”
“Do you like it?”
Shin shrugged.
“It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a house. I don’t know what makes a good house.”
Uschi pondered the question.
“It has bedrooms for everyone.”
“That’s true.”
“And there’s a big kitchen. And maybe we can buy a long sofa for the living room so we can all sit together.”
“I think that’s a great idea.”
As they walked back up the stairs, Uschi continued to explain what made this house great.
“All the walls are white so we can paint them however we want. And I saw a noodle bar down the street on our way here, so it’s not very far if we want to get noodles.”
“If we want to.”
At the top of the stairs, they had lost sight of Sabine and the real estate agent.
“Buir?” Uschi called.
“Up there,” Sabine replied, as her voice carried down a narrow staircase tugged against the wall.
A/N: Hey guys! Here’s an extract from my new foxxay one-shot, the story of Cordelia making her way down to hell to get Misty out, but with a catch. Link to the full story will be at the end if you’re interested.
“I was wondering when you would come to me again. She's been waiting for you.”
Cordelia tried to ignore the pang of guilt in her chest. She stepped forward, facing Papa Legba without fear.
“You know why I'm here then?”
“Of course. You want the Swamp Witch.”
Cordelia nodded.
“Name your price.”
Papa Legba chuckled lowly.
“Why do you want her so bad? I've seen you, trying to get her back for years. Why is she so special to you?”
“It's my fault she's been trapped down there,” Cordelia admitted in a wavering voice. “I have to fix this.”
Papa Legba stood up from his chair, straightening to his full, imposing height.
“I have been thinking about this exchange for a long time,” he said with a smile. “Pondering over what price to pay. I thought about asking for something of yours. Your eyes, maybe, or another sense. Maybe one of your girls. A life for a life.”
Cordelia braced herself, waiting for Papa to finish his explanation.
“Then, finally, I had the perfect idea.”
His cane hit the ground loudly, and a single wooden door groaned open beside him. Cordelia felt every nerve in her body fire up nervously as the door slowly swung open. She waited for something to come out of the door, some sort of strange, demonic creature. When nothing happened, she frowned.
“I will let you walk down to Hell, and get her for yourself.”
“What? Just like that?”
“Just like that. But there is a catch.”
She sighed. She should have known there would be a catch.
"There are many stairways leading to Hell like there are many stairways leading everywhere. This one is special. This one has not been used for many many years. This is the catch. There are a hundred steps separating you and your Misty. For each step you'll take, you will have to relinquish a memory of her you possess."
Cordelia's mouth hung slightly open as she pondered the dilemma she was presented with.
“I'm not even sure I have a hundred memories of Misty.”
She'd barely known her for a few months, how could she have so many memories of the blonde? As she thought about it, there was only one memory she could remember, that of Misty, unconscious on the carpet in the living room, of feeling the woman's body crumbling to dust, of being unable to wake her up and hear her voice again.
“Won't I forget her completely?”
"If you can make it to the bottom, you will. But then I will make sure you don't forget to leave with her. After all, a deal is a deal."

A/N: Hey guys! This is an extract from my new Ruby/Christina story, it’s a high school AU in which Leti sees Ruby disappear in a mysterious silver car and decides to investigate who the car belongs to. It’s just a lot of fun. If you’re interested, the link to the full story is at the end!
Leti left school at four, and her desire for ice cream still hadn't subsided. She decided to make a stop by the ice cream parlor on her own. It was a sunny and warm day, probably one of the last few before fall settled over Chicago. It was now or never. She took a turn to the left instead of the right, forgoing the bus, and made her way toward the ice cream parlor.
She was halfway there when she noticed someone walking ahead of her. She had absolutely no doubt that it was Ruby. She recognized her outfit, the strap of her bag passing over her shoulder, and her walk. She had headphones on, so even if Leti tried to call her, she wouldn't respond. Leti wondered where her older sister was going. The study groups usually met at the school's library. Maybe she was going to the public library, but that wasn't the way to the library either. Leti thought it would be funny if they ended up one behind the other at the ice cream parlor. Maybe she could ask her then.
However, Ruby took a turn to the right, away from the ice cream parlor. Leti frowned again. She stopped at the red light where Ruby had crossed and watched her sister walk toward the nearby park. Leti couldn't help but wonder what her sister was up to. It wasn't like Ruby to lie to her or have secrets. When the light turned green again, Leti hurried after her sister.
She kept her distance, making sure that Ruby wouldn't notice her. Ruby was indeed going to the park, but she didn't walk in, instead, she made her way around it. There was a car parked beside the sidewalk. It was an old-looking silver car, with dark windows. It was impossible to tell who or if someone was inside. Ruby stopped by the car and knocked on the window. The door opened. Ruby slid inside, and Leti was very confused. Ruby was seating in the driver's seat, but shortly after she'd stepped in, the car drove away. Ruby didn't know how to drive. Marvin had tried to teach her but after she'd accidentally crashed his old pickup, they'd both given up. So Ruby couldn't be driving.
Leti watched the silver car disappear at a corner and drive away. She remained on the sidewalk for a moment, her brain full of questions. Ruby had lied, at least she was certain of that. But why? Who did this car belong to? Certainly, someone rich, to own such a luxurious looking vehicle. Leti pulled her phone out and called Ruby. She wanted to know the truth, and know why her sister had lied to her.
"What?" Ruby said as she picked up.
Leti couldn't find her words. What was she supposed to say? That she'd accidentally followed Ruby and seen her setting into a stranger's car? An expensive car at that?
"Leti? What's going on?"
Leti swallowed, and with the only voice she could find, she asked:
"Are you at your study group yet?"
"Yeah, we're kind of busy."
A cold bolt of betrayal struck Leti then.
"It's... it's not important. It can wait. See you later."
"Later."
Ruby hung up, and Leti lowered her phone. She couldn't believe Ruby had lied to her again. She didn't even want to get ice cream anymore. Instead, she made her way back home, deep in thoughts. Why would Ruby lie to her? Who was the man – it had to be a man, only men had nice expensive cars like this one – who'd picked her up? Could he be her boyfriend? She thought Ruby knew she could tell her if she had a secret boyfriend. They were sisters, it had to mean something.

A/N: Hello everyone! I have posted a new addition to my Ahsoka season 2 and beyond series. This time it's a wedding! Here is the beginning and if you want to read the whole story the link will be at the end!
A garland of flowers wrapped around the old comms tower, the most colors its outside had ever seen. Chairs had been set in front of it, facing a flower arch. A single alley in the center allowed the guests to find their seats. As the live band played off to the side, each chair was taken over, and the crowd was growing impatient.
The Ghost was parked at the edge, behind the chairs. Jacen scurried between the guests and stepped into the ship, climbing the ladder two ranks at a time to get to the living room, where Ezra was seating behind the table on the old leather seats. He was wearing a tan suit with a medal on an orange ribbon around his neck. It had been a gift from Hera for the ceremony, since there had been no medals when he fought in the rebellion. He was reclined on the seats. When Jacen arrived, out of breath, wearing the same suit as him but smaller, he smiled at him.
“You alright bud?”
“Where is Sabine?” Jacen panted out.
“Her room.”
He ran down the hall to Sabine’s old room. Finding the door shut, he knocked.
“Sabine?”
“What is it?” she asked from the other side.
“Everyone is waiting for you to begin.”
“What?”
She opened the door finally and stepped past him, walking to the living room. As she stepped in, Ezra whistled.
“Very dashing.”
She ignored his comment and looked at the clock. She let out a sigh of relief.
“We said the wedding started at 5. It’s not 5 yet. Tell people to shut th…” she stopped herself when she remembered Jacen was in the room with them. “Tell them to have some patience. We’ll start at 5 like we said.”

A/N: Hello everyone! Here is a new Wolfwren one-shot featuring Jacen and a little trip to Mandalore. Here is the beginning and if you want to read the whole story the link will be at the end!
Sabine landed the shuttle in Home One’s hangar. She opened the ramp. From the seat beside hers, Shin asked:
“So, how old is Jacen now?”
Sabine frowned.
“What do you mean?”
“Isn’t it his birthday?”
“Not quite.”
It was Shin’s turn to frown.
“But you’ve been calling today ‘Jacen Day.’”
Sabine glanced back into the shuttle. Since Jacen seemed late, she had the time to explain:
“After the Battle of Jakku when Hera thought she was going to die, she really wanted to spend more time with Jacen. But the New Republic kept her quite busy. So, for his birthday, she came up with Jacen Day. Every year, we all give him a ticket that he can use whenever he wants to do whatever he wants with us. This year he went to Ryloth with his mom, and to the beach. He got a piloting lesson from Zeb. Ezra took him to get a crystal for his own lightsaber. Which leaves only me. So today is Jacen Day.”
When she still saw no sign of the boy, Sabine frowned and stood out of her seat. Shin waited another beat before joining her. They stood at the edge of the ramp, surveying the busy hangar.
“Are we early?” Sabine asked herself.
Jacen burst out from one of the elevators and ran up to the shuttle. Hera followed at her own pace as she called:
“Jacen, they’re not going to leave without you.”
Peter: Ms. Carol Marvel, I have a question, ma'am.
Carol: Marvel isn't my last name, but go ahead, Peter.
Peter: Are you my mother figure or my lesbian aunt?
Carol:
Carol: Why not both?
A/N: Hello everyone! Here is a little birthday surprise from me to you all (that's not how birthday works but I don't care). Here is the beginning and the link to the rest of the story is at the end :)
Shin paced the alley she was stationed in, muttering to herself:
“Dar'tome… Mhi solus Dar’tome…”
She paused both her mumbling and her pacing as she forced her brain to recall the next sentence.
“Mhi solus… no. Mhi… me’dinui…”
“Shin? What are you mumbling about?”
Sabine’s voice in her earpiece sent such panic in her bones that Shin froze completely.
“Nothing… Just counting the time…”
She hadn’t realized her comms had been on. She thought she would have a few minutes of calm to practice her Mando’a.
“It’s been a while since the target has gone inside,” she said quickly, hoping to divert the conversation away from her.
“I still have a visual on her,” Sabine confirmed. “I’ll let you know when she’s out.”
“Copy that.”
Quiet fell, and Shin hoped her girlfriend had turned off her comms again. However, after a long minute, Sabine said:
“Something’s troubling you.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“Force bond, remember? I can feel it. So, what is it?”
Shin bit her lower lip.
“Nothing. The mission is my priority. It always is.”
“Okay,” Sabine replied, though she sounded unconvinced.

A/N: Hello everyone! I'm back with another multichapter story! This one is a canon divergence AU where Shin became Asajj Ventress' apprentice and Sabine became Fennec Shand's apprentice. As the two bounty hunters keep meeting, so do our girls. Here is an extract from the first chapter and if you want to read all of it, the link will be at the end!
Whatever conversation the thugs were having with the little girl was interrupted when the sound of Ventress’ boots echoed around them. The three thugs turned back to see her emerging from the shadow.
“Are you going to kill a child for a handful of screws?” she asked.
“Is she yours?” the thug holding the girl asked.
“She’s not. Call me a concerned bounty hunter.”
“She stole from our stash. Nobody steals from the Bolts. Nobody.”
“Ain’t that what bounty hunters do anyhow?” another thug told her, failing to be intimidating. “Hunting down thieves?”
Ventress stood in front of them, arms crossed. The kid looked at her with pleading eyes, green and bright with tears. Ventress would never let anyone call her soft, but she supposed that she must have mellow, at least a little, to be invested in the fate of this girl. She blamed Vos for most of it, and Omega, more or less.
“Put the kid down. Let her go. Take your screws and get lost.”
“No, we gotta teach her a lesson,” the lead thug insisted.
“You’ve spooked her enough. Let her go.”
“This is none of your business.”
Ventress did not move, but her refusal to walk away was enough for the thugs. The leader motioned for her with his head, and the other two converged on her, fists raised. Ventress sighed. They were going to regret it.
The first thug closed in on her with a punch. She dodged it with ease and kneed him in the stomach. Before he could recover, she grabbed his arm and dislocated it out of his shoulder. He fell to the ground crying. The second thug stepped back as he became more hesitant to attack. He glanced at his boss who huffed and threw the girl at his feet to motion for Ventress again.
“What are you waiting for?” he told his companion.
Reluctantly, the second thug charged her. She avoided his punch too and kicked his knee, snapping the patella in half. He hit the ground with a yelp, holding his broken leg. Ventress turned to the third thug, who pulled out a blaster on her. She was unimpressed, until he pointed the blaster at the girl’s head.
