anyways I think it’s based that toby fox nade a game that sold a million copies and became massively culturally iconic and got in smash and was both given as a gift to and had its final boss theme played in a performance for the pope, but his wikipedia article has no “early life” section, the “personal life” section is three sentences long, and there isn’t even a picture of him. for the 3 years between the release of undertale and deltarune chapter 1 there was talk of deleting his article because they couldn’t find any information for it that wasn’t already on the one for undertale. king of privacy.

nothing will ever stop me from headcanon that deltarune and maybe even undertale takes place somewhere in the us south. yes its because i grew up and live in us south BUT cmon man toriel is just a sweet southern lady who loves plants and making pies. sans is just some fuckingGuy but he loves puns and dad jokes and everyone i know loves dad jokes and also he likes hot dogs and that isnt really southern exclusive but yeah. papyrus is just a certain brand of southern insanity that i cant really describe other than being a kid and exploring the woods behind your home and finding a stick and seeing a deer and chasing after it. undyne is evil southern girl self explanatory and alphys moved to the south from somewhere else and is trying to get used to it but everyones fucking crazy and no one is normal or has any filter at all. mettaton is that one realllyy fucking fruity guy at ur school and he represents all the gay southern people that are gay despite straight people and christianity shoved down the throats of every small little southern child. flowey/asriel is the WORST he says fucking HOWDY??? hes southern born and raised but he would joke with his friends about it and he was like actually guys howdy is a great word. and started saying it forever. kris loves/collects knives and eats entire pies solo which i think is a skill only attainable by living with a family that cooks waaay too much food on thanksgiving and u keep sneaking little meals made of all leftovers during nighttime whole everyone sleeps. susie eats chalk. thats it. im just kidding she loves evil edgy shit but also has a soft spot for silly little guys like lancer and loves adventures and yeah. ralsei is a northerner. lancer is like ur insane little second cousin on ur dads side that u barely see but every time you do its the most fun you ever have like eating all the fruit from th fridge and playing with random shit outside and running arounf the housr and trying to see how hard you can smack a bouncy ball against the driveway to make it bounce really high. noelle is just a sweet little girl cursed with the terrible family issues that are so complex i feel that they are only found in the south. so fucked up. berdly is like a band kid without being in band and he always wanted to use his parents pc and never wanted to play outside bc he was too busy reading random books and wikipedia articles. maybe ill get to everyone else later. but yeah.
