Here we go! The Knight (or as we call it in Denmark, The Horse). Only two chess pieces left now. It is actually quite fun doing a series like this. I have not tried that before.
I have gathered a pile of the assets I have made for making D&D maps. They are all PNGs and there are castles, towns, ruins, villages, mountains, trees, forests and hills. They should work VTTs and similar programs. Q: Why do this? A: So other people can use these assets to make their OWN maps. So yeah, I'm giving them away for free. Feel free to test them out!
GOOGLE DRIVE FOLDER OF THE FREE D&D MAP ASSETS.
I have made an example map here, using photoshop. But if you want to change parts of the assets, crop them or color them and you don't have access to any art programs, I recommend using Photopea It is a browser-based version of something very akin to photoshop.
If you end up using these free assets, please do let me know and tag me so I can see what you have made.
Last weekend I was at Nordic Game Jam in Copenhagen! Approx 500 people came from all over the world and made game prototypes in just x48 hours. My team made a co-op arena game about using mirrors to concentrate UV beams to charge up an objective-marker bulb. Oh and by the way, the arena is being attacked by energy vampires, flying decapitated Frankenstein-monster heads and swarms of blood bats! Want to try it out yourself? Or with a friend? Try it out here:
Look look! I commissioned @thedustyleaves and recieved this beautiful copic marker drawing of one of the Brigmore Witches from Dishonered. I plan to frame it and hang it somewhere in my apartment. Maybe the kitchen.
A recently finished Copic Marker bust commission! :)
Do you folks want to see some miniatures? These mind flayer-like characters are made from different Frostgrave sets and parts from a bag of Warhammer 40K spruces I got from a friend.
So here is the somewhat final version of the QuadroPed project done together with louisegregersen - I might revisit it later for further tweaking in the comp, but for now im done :)
Space Princesses! Inspired by some character designs I did for a little game I made together with a group at KADK.
It is not all that often I make fanart, but Darkest Dungeon has given me insight into what a game can be and how it can be done. So I had to do it. I REALLY like that game. Like ... really. A lot.
My bachelor group at theanimationworkshop have just started our bachelor project and these are some quick drawings to get a feeling of our alien antagonist.
Some time ago our D&D party might accidentally have released a lich. It was bad times. The cryptic rune-poem in the bottom is provided by Simon Greve.
A coloured version of the previous D&D lineart.
