Fandoms are amazing..

Because at the end of the day it’s not about the ships or the fanfictions or the fanart or the cosplays.

It’s about family. It’s about a group of individuals coming together. No matter what they look like. No matter how they act. No matter what culture they’re from. No matter what orientation or skin color or sexuality or gender preference.

It’s about the cons. It’s about the friendship. It’s about supporting the actors of the show or movie or the authors of the boøks or the bands or YouTubers. It’s about the løve we share for each other. It’s about finding a place where you feel you fit in. It’s about helping others fit in. It’s about joy. It’s about what you accomplish together.
