Just the birb without the comic because I liked it 

My shoulder has been wrecked since christmas so I haven’t been able to draw or write for weeks. But got this one I did earlier in december that I really liked. It’s been quite a while since I allowed myself to do some grittier stuff.

I forgot how fun it was! Being a werebird.. less fun though hah!

Sketch and Wip of another character concept. Val who is heavily influenced by a Danish folklore she read as a child and wishes to become the dark knight.

My first attack on artfight for the lovely @mynameissiduri Valerie, was so much fun to do :)

In Danish folklore, a valravn (Danish "raven of the slain") is a supernatural raven. The ravens appear in traditional Danish folksongs, where they are described as originating from ravens who eat the bodies of the dead on the battlefield, as capable of turning into the form of a knight after eating the entire heart of a child, and, alternately, as half-wolf and half-raven creatures. … No folclore dinamarquês, um valravn (dinamarquês “corvo do morto”) é um corvo sobrenatural.
