My family is suffering from a severe shortage of food, supplies, and medical necessities, in addition to the skyrocketing prices that make it difficult to meet their basic needs. Like many people in Gaza, Ibrahim Mohammed and his family have lost more in a year than most people lose in a lifetime. Their home was bombed while the children were playing, injuring them, they no longer have access to education, Ibrahim lost his job and his car, family members have passed away... Ibrahim's elderly parents need operations as soon as possible, but they can't get them due to the lack of healthcare were they are. This isn't the only right they've been denied. Like I've mentioned already, the children have lost their right to education, and they don't have any drinking water. Another very important thing I should mention is that the youngest child in this family is a baby who's only a few months old. I am Imad, a Palestinian PhD student in Art Sciences in France. After six years of master's and doctoral studies in France, the war has turned my life and my family’s life upside down. I was a lecturer at three French universities in Paris, but the ongoing conflict has disrupted my professional situation as well as the progress of my doctoral studies.

hey guys i've been assigned four days of back to back 12 hour shifts this week that i must show up for despite my deteriorating health and the whole time i was just thinking about Mohammed (@ayeshjourney). for those who still don't know, Mohammed Ayesh is the ONLY active vetter (@gaza-evacuation-funds) we have on tumblr at the moment, and he actively meets with, talks to, and verifies families in need in the midst of ever-escalating iof attacks.

it is a little known fact that Mohammed's day job is in health care. other than the small moments when there are no catastrophic bombardments when he could find internet and verify families' campaigns for us, he is transporting wounded and martyred Palestinians every single day and night. in an active war zone.

there hasn't been donations to Mohammed in almost 4 hours. this is incredibly scary, especially since the iof announced another round of systematic raids on central Gaza, where Mohammed works and where his family lives, just today.

from one health care worker to another, from one countryman who fears for the future of his country, who strives to do the best he can for his fellow compatriots, please. donate whatever you can spare. my humble request is that we can help Mohammed's family get to 25k by the end of week.

I am Nevin Al-Sir, I live in Gaza, I am 27 years old, I used to work as an accountant in an accounting firm, I am married and have a child, I was also pregnant during the war, the war on Gaza, and when the evacuation order came from our area in Gaza, we fled through the corridor that the occupation lied to us about and the safe corridor was a disaster. We walked on foot, the longest distance I have ever walked in my life. I was displaced to a tent with the rest of my family, and it was very difficult, tiring and exhausting. Every time there was an evacuation in the southern areas, I was forced to evacuate again to a worse tent. Then I gave birth to my child in a field hospital because the hospitals were out of service. I gave birth to my son in the winter, the cold and the war together, which did not destroy my house and my tent.
