Trying to come up with a design for some aliens, these guys are the Imsee, or squid whales as humans like to call them. They have a space-fairing civilization and are responsible for uplifting many alien species.
The Seers
When the Wandering God came they saw a canvas of possibilities and so they began to cast upon the void, an array of light from which the stars grew. When the Wandering one saw patterns amongst the newly made celestial sky they gave them names and then forms, and these forms became the Seers constellation given life. In that early era before time, the Seers and the Wandering God created the heavens, but eventually the god grew restless for it was in their nature to move and never be still. So prior to their departure they created an empty world and gave it to the Seers and said,
"Fill this place with wonder, and equal parts dread. Have this be a place of many tales and most all let it be well. "
With that they left, leaving only a promise that they'd return one day when the stars were right.

2. The Riders
The Rider or Riders are those who ride the Dragon. The Dragon cannot meet its true potential without a Rider and they are the ones at the center of a great quest. The Rider is an enigmatic figure whose origins are often left behind in history with the beasts they ride.
The Rider represents companionship, legacy, and guidance. Those who bare the Rider will find mentors in themselves and those who came before them.
This one took longer than I thought it would. I’m still iffy on the design but I think it gets the point across.

The parasitic wormfolk of Gnth are amicable people, they wear masks to give themselves faces
The Asari, if they weren't humanoid
an idea i had
Tried my hand at redesigning the Asari from Mass Effect if they were a little bit less humanoid. One of the things about the Asari is that they're considered relatively attractive by pretty much most other aliens in the setting, so i didn't want to deviate to much from something that was fairly humanoid-ish. So I kinda went with something that was a combination between a bird and a rat, and i interpreted their crest as a fringe of feathers sort of like what cockatoos have. Turians I think are going to be be raptor like so having some bird features in as for salarians, I think the overall slender build and large eyes would be what they'd find appealing.
I’m making a Panzer Dragoon based tarot deck. Hopefully I can make a print of these once i’m done.
1. The Dragon
The Dragon is a powerful pure-type monster from an ancient age. Its strength is a reminder of a once powerful age and its appearance in the sky is an omen, a prophetic message of things to come. Those who bear witness to The Dragon are bound almost by fate to a greater purpose.
The Dragon represents the coming of change, personal growth, and pilgrimage. Those who have the Dragon should be weary of the coming trials of the future and the mechanization of powerful enemies.
Andria Appaloosa, Centaur Knight
Another thing the Imsee do, full body bio-sculpting.
The Imsee throughout their history have experimented a lot with genetically modifying their own species. In fact, they have some of the best gene-modding technology around. . Full body genetic reconfiguration is broadly accepted among the Imsee and there are two morphs which are the most common among their population.
Yehenne, Shadow Wanders
The Yehenne is an imsee modified for a purely aquatic lifestyle. They are similar in appearance to earth's whales, particularly the sperm whale and are capable of diving to incredibly deep depths. Their echolocation is much stronger than other Imsee
Yihinee, Sky Children
Sky children are imsee which modified themselves for terrestrial living and flight capability. The Imsee clade evolved from an avian ancestry and once this was discovered their species was dedicated to unlocking the power of flight ever since. Yihinee morphs are common among the map makers of the Ways of Water.
