I think Trump has been on his period these last two months

It's so demotivating to think about how gender double-sided the political system is; can you imagine what the media reaction would be if Clinton or Harris had been elected and had crashed the stock market, surrendered to Russia, spent millions of taxpayer money golfing at their own properties, and had flipped back and forward on tariffs and regional agreements with the America's most significant allies in the first two months? It's unthinkable.

A quick google of the biological definition of an human adult actually says the opposite that what you seem to think. If anyone views minors as adults its YOU. People aren't often fully grown biologically speaking until their 20s.

"The biological definition of an adult is generally considered to be reached when an individual has attained full physical and mental maturity, which typically happens around the age of 20 or 21. While some people may reach physical maturity earlier, such as by age 16, the prefrontal cortex, responsible for judgment and decision-making, continues to develop until the early to mid-20s."

Besides, say your first point was right for the sake of argument. Say somehow reproduction was the measuring stick for being a adult human biologically like it is for other animals with less complex mental development. A social construct around age that keeps the age of majority higher than that, is solely to protect people who can't consent and isn't oppressive one bit so it could not be compared to gender. The opposite would be oppressive. In fact the older social construct around age that considered reproductive ability as a measuring stick was not biologically accurate and used for treating female humans like cattle, disregarding mental state or even physical state outside of whatever a husband can get out of it. You know, when 13 year old girls were being forced to reproduce when they were neither mentally or physically ready.

However, gender as a social construct is to encourage women to be subservient to men and take certain roles. It existed as a way to organize society around property ownership after the development of agriculture. It doesn't help or protect anyone, and instead oppresses women, so it should be deconstructed.

Does this help?

Realisations in hindsight:

The next time someone tries the "what is a woman but an adult human female" copypasta with me, I am going to demand them to define the word "adult" without including arbitrary socially constructed numbers of age, and in a way that excludes all people who are socially agreed to be minors, and includes all people who are socially agreed to be adults.

Then, whatever they answer, I'm just going to accuse them of wanting to fuck children.

It's just a cult of guilt for women, for merely EXISTING Women are punished for what men claim are Eve's sins

I think religion is the worst thing ever invented. I know it's made just to stroke the male ego and nothing else. It always put down women, like being seen as just servants for men, seen as "filthy" and "sexual" that needs to be fully covered, and be seen as dogs that need to obey.

And I hate that it's forced onto kids that didn't asked to be a part of it. All it did for me was made me feel like shit and hate myself for not being "perfect" and "in God's image" or whatever the fuck. It made me hate my body, it made me feel really bad anxiety and paranoid as a little kid because of the idea of Hell, and because of this bad anxiety and paranoia of worrying about doing anything that might send me to hell, it basically ruined my life.

It's hard to completely disassociate from it when it was forced onto you from an extremely young age...

Well,

1. Radical feminism isn't just for developed countries. Who told you that was the case?

I can agree, things have gotten better in countries with more feminist policies, but these things certainly have not been there even in "developed" countries for "more than a century". Need I remind you the fact that 50 years ago women weren't allowed to have bank accounts without a mans permission in America? Or that marital rape was only fully illegal in the US as of 1993? And dude look, abortion was made illegal again in many states, a lot of them overlap with the ones that have the most issues with teen pregnancy and child marriage (red states). This is another specific issue.

But enough about America alone. Globally, women's rights have been recently taking a turn for the worse.

You can't undo literal millennia of oppression in only 50 years, and yes attitude and perceptions around women's rights is also important to push policies. Policy doesn't come out of thin air and people generally don't protest for things they don't think they need.

2. I provided specific policies already. It's not my fault if you can't read. And boycotts or each of these polices are just examples, not the full solution. It's a lot more complex and gradual. For example, living women the right to vote also didn't get rid of the patriarchy but it did help. Telling the suffragettes they should give up protesting and that it's hopeless for women to have equal rights however, was not. How are you going to accuse us of doomerism and then delegitimize all political activism and call it useless?

3. The ideas of male and female socialization are pretty integral to radfem theory on gender. If you had doubts, then you can just ask her. No need for charades. What tells you "that person doesn't actually agree that the problem lies in socialisation" lmao?

4. That's the thing, we're against gendered socialization in general. There's not really much to be done in policy at this time, other than trying to educate people get rid of the notion that male and female brains are significantly different or that people are hard-wired as feminine vs masculine because of their brain's gender. Gender ideology/activism did push this back a bit in the scientific field.

What are your proposed solutions or specific issues you want addressed? I hear a lot of criticism from you but... no suggestions?

Lmao do you hear yourself?

"Right-wing Nazi bullshit" Just say feminazi, it's quicker :)

""Not all men" is still bullshit when it comes to the original meaning of "All men" which is about how we have to be socially wary all (cis) men who are strangers."??

I mean. Yeah. Why shouldn't we care about our safety? Not just regarding strangers either honestly. Male friends and whatnot too are also usually misogynistic and/or can be harmful to women just because of how males are raised to view us as below them. Don't be delusional.

Also bro just shut up mr. "practicing Paraphiliac" lmao.

I think more people on radblr should be talking about sweatshops, especially in the garment industry.

• Around 80% of sweatshop workers are women. Some employers force them to take birth control and pregnancy tests to avoid having to pay for maternity leave. Pregnant women are routinely denied sick leave to visit doctors, terminated from their contracts early, or left without any maternity leave when their short-term contracts are not renewed.

• Women are more likely than men to experience minimum wage violations. According to one study, "30 percent of the women workers in our sample experienced minimum wage violations, compared to 20 percent of the men". [Source: https://www.nelp.org/publication/broken-laws-unprotected-workers-violations-of-employment-and-labor-laws-in-americas-cities/ ]

• Indonesian women employees report that “girls in the factory are harassed by male managers. They come on to the girls, call them into their offices, whisper into their ears, touch them, bribe them with money and threaten them with firing if they don’t have sex with them.” [source: cleanclothes.org]

• "Toilet breaks are monitored, and some workers said they were flat out denied them, even when sick. The same goes for water and lunch breaks, both necessary to stay healthy when working 12+ hour days in a stuffy, overcrowded factory." 20% of women in sweatshops report experiencing sexual violence. [https://iwda.org.au/three-ways-garment-factories-violate-the-rights-of-women-and-how-its-allowed-to-happen/ ]

It's easy not to support this kind of abuse. Do not buy clothes first-hand. Only buy from thrift shops and second-hand apps, or find ethical brands and investigate where and how they make their clothing (hint: if a t-shirt costs $3, it's not ethical). Patch your old clothes. Consider learning basic sewing (it's not as difficult as it seems!)

I don't care how cheap Shein and Temu are. I don't care how much you think you need that specific Zara coat. Buying clothes directly harms women and avoiding it is a very easy way to help.

Ice Flowers In Norway.

Ice flowers in Norway.

It is a natural phenomenon that occurs in the seas of the polar regions. The flowers are formed from water vapor that escapes from cracks in the thin layer of surface ice. When these vapors come into contact with the cold air, they crystallize.
