Y/n had lived out her life in Encanto, but she had been kept well away from the rest of the people. Her mother went out regularly, but demanded she stay away from those accursed Madrigals. From her window, on some occasions, she could see the Madrigals helping people. There was one in particular, her name unknown to Y/n , she had lifted a bridge, carrying it safely to the river bank dropping it as though it weighed little more than a book.

Y/n often wondered about her. From a distance, it appeared that she was beautiful, with dark curls and large luminous eyes.

When the house on the hill crumbled, y/n heard the commotion, but her windows showed no view. Her mother, however, was in a very smug mood.

“Those cursed Madrigals are finally cured.” She announced over dinner. “Their unholy gifts have been revoked.” Y/n said nothing, nodding dutifully.

“Now that their gifts are no longer a distraction, we can arrange your marriage to Mariano.” Y/n nodded again.

Y/n’s mothers, as the days passed grew less and less smug. She said nothing, but Y/n heard the rumors under her window when she was able to open it a crack. The village had pulled together to repair Cassa Madrigal. Alma Madrigal was just as influential as she had ever been. Y/n couldn’t help but feel a bit of thrill at that news. Perhaps the strong one was safe too.

Y/n sat quietly in her room as her mother appeared to be having a massive fight with the furniture downstairs. The next day, things were far too calm.

“Y/n dress and come down here” her mother commanded.

Y/n complied wordlessly, she was surprised to find her mother standing at the door waiting.

“Come, we go to make a match.” Y/n nodded again. She blinked as they stepped out into the morning light. Y/n had been out in the sun so rarely that it was difficult to not stop and enjoy the warmth. She hurried along behind her mother trying to keep pace on the way up the hill.

Her mother knocked roughly on the door and stamped her foot impatiently to be let in. Y/n took the pause as a chance to look over the Cassita. It was a massive and welcoming structure, brightly colored, with the scent of delicious food wafting out.

The door opened of its own accord, revealing the entire Madrigal family. Y/n took a quick step back out of surprise.

“Senora L/n, to what do we owe the pleasure, it is not often that you have called upon us.” Alma Madrigal greeted, with a hint of coolness in her tone. From behind her, a small boy of about five waved at Y/n. She offered a small wave in return. Which prompted a bunch of small waves from the other family members who had not seen their youngest member wave first.

“Alma!” Your mother greeted, a fake sweetness in her voice. Y/n gritted her teeth. “We have much to discuss, and with your son too.” Y/n blinked. So, no Mariano. Interesting. A disheveled older man with circles under his eyes gave a very confused look to them both.

“Very well, join us in the dining room, won’t you?” Senora Madrigal agreed, waving the rest of the family off.

As soon as everyone was seated, Y/n’s mother started in. “We have come to ask of you and your son-“

“You want her fortune read, got it, come on kid.” The man blurted out, grabbing Y/n’s wrist and dragging her off.

“Senoir, I don’t think that is what my mother meant.” Y/n said as she was dragged up the stairs.

“Trust me kid, I know. But you’re around Luisa’s age. Too young for me if we’re being totally honest. Not that you’re ugly of anything, and I’m not really opposed to marriage as an institution, but “ rapid intake of breath before the next flight of stairs. “You were born when I was an honest to goodness adult. That’s not right.”

Y/n blinked. That was not the expected response. “Thank you for your candor Senior-“

“Please, just call me Bruno.” Bruno said leading her into his room which was.

“Oh my…” the room was a massive messa.

“So, here’s my idea. We see your future, we tell my Mama she sends yours packing, we don’t get married. Sound good?” Y/n nodded before looking concerned.

“What if it’s bad?” Bruno blinked, before taking a deep breath.

“Sometimes the bad things lead to good things later, it just takes time.” Y/n nodded again.

“Please show me my fate, Bruno.”

The circle of sand was created and he indicated for her to sit down. He sat up straight and began to focus before stopping.

“Give me your hands, that way you don’t have to take my word for what I see.” Y/n offered her hands and he took them carefully. “You’re really pale. Anyway.”

The sand began to spin around them, creating a bubble.

“Hey, it’s Cassita! That’s interesting. It looks like you live here.” Bruno commented, y/n could see herself in the sands doing odd tasks with the rest of the family. Suddenly the strong woman swept her up, placing her forehead against y/n’s and kissing her deeply. The vision ended there.

“Speaking of Luisa!” Bruno said cheerfully, offering over the green glass sheet of them, still locked in that embrace. “Okay, now you’re really pale.”

“My mother won’t allow-”

“We don’t tell her then. We say I saw you were living here and then tell Mama the truth later.”

“We can do that?”

“Yes, you look like you need some sun and actual food anyway.” He stood offering her his hands again, “Welcome to the family… what was your name?”

“Y-y/n.” She stood taking the offered hands. He carefully tucked the glass under his poncho before hustling back down the stairs.

“She won’t marry me, but she will live with us!” Bruno announced before anyone could say anything.

“Then who will she marry?” Her mother demanded.

“Dunno, but she lives here now. That’s what the vision said.” Alma gave her son the side eye, but nodded after looking at them both for a long moment.

“Since she will become a Madrigal either way, is there anything you require from us?”

Her mother looked stunned. “You would just take her?”

“Of course.”

“I-EEEEEEEEEEEEE!” One of the rats appeared on Bruno’s shoulder sending her mother sprinting from Cassita.

“Bruno, will you explain what is going on?” Wordlessly he handed over the glass. The silence was deafening.

Then, like a sunrise after a storm, the Madrigal Matriarch began to smile. “It is unusual, but I will not stand in the way of my granddaughter’s happiness. What is your name, dear one?”

“Y/n.” She offered softly.

“I think you and Luisa should become acquainted.” She stood from the table, and handed the glass y/n. “Guard your destiny and Luisa’s heart well.” She instructed as she walked from the room.

They stepped into the courtyard, only to find the girl with very tall hair whispered frantically to the strong one, they jumped apart quickly. Luisa was blushing furiously, and went even redder when she looked at Y/n.

“Dolores. What are you doing?” Senora Madrigal asked.

“Just, uh, passing something along?” She received only an eyebrow raise in response before she scurried to her room.

Luisa took a step forward. “Uh hi.” She offered a smaller wave than before and dropped her hands behind her back, rocking on the balls of her feet. “So Tio Bruno saw, uh, us?” She pointed between y/n and herself and rubbed the back of her neck.

“Yes. Do you want to see?” Y/n asked taking a step forward as well. She offered the glass.

“Uh nah, I believe you. Well, uh, you wanna go for a walk or, uh, something?” She gestured towards the door and then thought for a moment and looked horrified. “W-with me, I mean. I’m not telling you to go for a walk by yourself. You look like you could use some outside time. I mean.”

“That’s what I said!” Bruno chimed in, only to get a sharp look from Senora Madrigal.

“I would like that.” Y/n said, holding a hand out to the beautiful woman across from her. “I’ve never had the opportunity to see much of the town beyond my window view.” Luisa blinked, looking down at her hand and then up at her face. The light of understanding blazed to life in her eyes, and she gently took the much smaller hand into her own.

“Let me show you everything!” Luisa said earnestly before leading y/n out to see all that she’d missed.

☼ 𝐕𝐢 - Poor baby. She's been through a lot in her life. Her parents, Vander, Mylo, Claggor, losing her idea of her sister. She's very insecure about the scars that run down her back. Most from prison, especially the ones on her face.

The one on her lip and the one above her eyebrow are ones she really hates. Because you can see them. She pretends it doesn't bother her but man does she wish they weren't there. She wished you couldn't seem them, but the love in your eyes when you look at her is enough for her to feel better.

Vi completely breaks when you run your fingers along them. Especially when she's sitting with her back exposed to you. And she feels your fingers just softly tracing them without her even saying anything. And she doesn't say anything after either. She can't bring herself to, she doesn't want to ruin the moment.

But only if you guys are close, she wouldn't let anyone else touch her like that but you. Might even cry, she just feels so safe with you. You're her home now. So when you kiss the two scars on her face each night before bed, she melts. She's yours, so you better not break her heart.

☼ 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐲𝐧 - Caitlyn comes off very confident. But she's got her insecurities. Especially in her abilities as an enforcer. Most see her as stuck up, which you and her both know she can sometimes come off as. But she's a good person, she never means it.

Caitlyn just needs you to tell her how she sounds. But the enforcers see her as someone who only got the job because of her parents. And it makes her feel that way as well even though she's very passionate at what she does.

She gets really upset about this, she'll talk to you about it while you both lay in bed. Caitlyn loves listening to you tell her how good she's doing. Not many people do. So hearing you, of all people, telling her she's doing a good job. It's something that she cherishes.

☼ 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐤𝐚 - Sevika is very insecure, and very similar to Vi in this department. Her arm. It's her worst enemy. She lost it because of her passion for her cause but she wished she didn't have to lose it. Sevika wishes she could've shown her devotion a different way.

But if anyone knows you can't change the past, it's her. You always make sure to hold her metal hand just as much as her flesh and blood hand, even if she can't feel it. You know she's watching, and you know she appreciates it even if she doesn't say it.

Her favorite thing is waking up in the morning and you already being awake. Tracing those little lines on her face that she despises because it makes them a little more bearable.

Sevika would kill to feel your little touches on her skin every minute of everyday. She hates the scars that cover her body, from her legs to her face. The one one her stomach. She can't look at any of them for long. But you, you trace them over and over as if they're art. And that makes her hate them a little bit less.

☼ 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐱 - She less insecure about her physical scars. It's her mental scars that terrorize her. Her childhood along with the death that plagued it. Her episodes of anger and hearing voices, she's terrified she'll hurt you. And she hates having to look at you after them, because she's scared of what she'll see.

But every time she does look, it's never fear or anger in your eyes. It's always worry, worry and love. You love her, and you want to make sure she's okay. Jinx usually doesn't hear the voices when you're around, they usually are away. Locked up in a box. But on occasion when they come out. You're always there for her.

She loves holding you, feeling your arms around her letting her cry into you. Or leaning her entire body back on you, her head resting beside yours on your shoulder. She'll just lay there, listening to your breathing or what you're saying. Because you don't leave and you never get mad at her.

You don't see Jinx as anyone else does. You see her as she wants to be seen. Like Vi, you're Jinx's safe space, you're her home. Your the person she trusts to go to when her mind isn't safe to be. Because you'd never judge her, and that is something Jinx holds onto.

And so help you God if you ever break her heart. Not that you ever would. You love her just as much as she loves you.

she's so soft but at the same time so protective of you.

you would give her massages and if you have a tiring job she would give them back, or if you wanted them.

cuddling with her would consist of her laying her head on your stomach and you playing with her hair.

at first she would be so scared of hurting you that she would barely touch you, but then later on she starts giving you bone crushing hugs.

although she now takes breaks it doesn't mean that she won't work a lot so a lot of times hanging out with her is you sitting down somewhere or on her shoulder while she works.

her love language is acts of service, but sometimes she does get a bit carried away and forget about herself so you better do something back, whether it be bringing breakfast in bed or cleaning her room.

i don't know if it's confirmed but she has a secret unicorn theme park that you and her spend at most of your dates together.

she has a stuffed unicorn that mirabel gave her for her birthday and one day she gave it to you because you were stressed, you treasured that unicorn with your whole heart.

the way she says "i love you" for the first time was completely by accident, you were at home alone and then luisa knocks on the door crying and you welcomed her in, gave her a drink, sat on your bed and just cuddled her, she started to fall asleep and mumbled "i love you so much"

Would You Be Able To Write Some Spicy HC About Encantos Luisa And Fem!reader?? I Literally Cannot Find

Luisa had always made everyone feel welcome to talk to her about anything that was bothering them. If she could, she would fix it and make sure that the person was happy before she was satisfied. But, Luisa never had anyone to talk to, and never told anyone just how much pressure she was under. Recently, Luisa had fallen for a really beautiful woman, (Y/n). She would watch her from afar, usually nervous that her strength would overwhelm her and kept her distance. But one day, (Y/n) had asked for Luisa’s help, which Luisa just couldn’t decline.

“Luisa, do you think you could help me with these flowers? Isabela insisted that she needed them for tonight.” (Y/n) stated, presenting lovely flowers to Luisa.

Luisa was confused, wondering why (Y/n) would ask for her help, especially since flowers could be very fragile. But, she nodded, too nervous to speak as she took the flowers, carefully holding them against her chest as (Y/n) took Luisa’s free hand, leading her to where she needed the flowers to be. Luisa felt a smile spread across her face, mostly because (Y/n) was holding her hand, and she wished she could treasure the moment forever.

“Alright, Luisa! Right here is good, thank you so much.” (Y/n) stated, taking the flowers and setting them in a large flower pot, making sure they were all arranged correctly before she looked up to Luisa.

“I was wondering, would you be up for a date with me, tomorrow possibly? It doesn’t have to be anything special, but I thought maybe a coffee date?” (Y/n) asked, and laughed when Luisa eagerly nodded.

“Alright, I’ll see you then, Luisa.” (Y/n) stated, pressing a kiss to Luisa’s cheek, which made Luisa feel weak in the best way possible.

(Y/n) eventually left, leaving Luisa excited for their date.

Luisa LOVES your height, you’re just so adorable to her.

Everyone is short to her but you’re extra short.

Luisa is terrified of accidentally hurting you, she always worries about hugging you too tight.

You always assure Luisa that she’s not hurting you.

On the rare occasions she does hurt you by accident, she always apologizes and carry’s you around for weeks.

She loves carrying you everywhere and you can never escape her hold.

90% of the time you’re with Luisa, you’re either on her shoulder or in her arms.

Luisa is very protective of you, she worries about you when you’re not with her. She knows short doesn’t equal week.

If anyone were to make fun of you, Luisa would defend you in a heartbeat and scare that person off.

You get revenge by hiding things in tight areas or places that are too small for her.

Luisa has nicknames for you related to your height like: doll, shorty, pin sized, fun sized.

You call her: teddy bear, cuddle bug and big baby.

Cuddles with Luisa are even better than hugs.

Luisa is a complete cuddle bug and loves cuddling you especially because of how perfectly you fit in her arms.

Luisa always big spoons you because you’re too short to even try to big spoon her.

Luisa is scared of rolling over in her sleep crushing you, you always tell her thats never gonna happen.

Sometimes you sleep on top of Luisa and she’s holds you tight and plays with your hair.

When Luisa takes naps, she puts her head on your chest and holds you softly and you rub her back and help her go to sleep.

Request: can u write some fluffly luisa x reader headcanons pls that would be amazing

This girl loves to cuddle and she can never get enough of them, seriously if you're down to cuddle she will be so happy to just do that for ages.

She will do big or little spoon for you, it doesn't matter. Just cuddle her!

You have to remind her a lot to push herself too much when it comes to work, because even though she knows, she still likes to pile a little extra on just because she thinks she can handle it.

You want to tell me that she wouldn't pick you up and carry you places? Because you are sorely mistaken, that is one of her favourite things to do!

You love days she schedules just for relaxing, because the two of you just lay together, talking for hours about everything and yet nothing at the same time

Working out together, she doesn't really need to do it because of her Gift but it's something the two of you love to share.

Standing on things because you want to be taller than her when you kiss her and she thinks that's hilarious, it makes her laugh every time and you're like "shush, I'm trying to be romantic!" as you carry a step stool across the room

Having sleepovers and sitting up late at night, talking about your feelings and working out things that have made you both feel upset the past few days. It usually ends with the two of you curled up on her bed, passed out from exhaustion from staying up too late

"You're like the second tallest person I know Luisa." "Who's the first?" "Me! Duh!" "Step stools don't count."

You like to embarrass Luisa by professing your appreciation for her in public, sometimes even when the rest of her family is around. She always ends up dragging you off, as you fight to keep your ground, yelling and laughing about how she's the best.

But she's not mad, she actually thinks it's really sweet

"You're not the only one who can lift donkeys!" *struggles to lift donkey in air* "(Y/n), please leave that donkey alone." "Never! I can lift him!"

You end up picking up a baby one and laughing maniacally

Bothering her while she does chores, but you're never an actual bother. She likes having you around, as much as you cause her to procrastinate her you also motivate her to finish so she can spend more time with you

"Luisa! I made you a birthday present! You don't have to wear-" "Don't even finish that sentence, I'm wearing this everyday."

Telling her jokes/asking her dumb questions while she's carrying something, and she drops it laughing (you make sure to do it only when nobody will get hurt from it)
