“It fucking sucks." 

You buried your face in your hands, your elbows digging into the wooden desk, your loose hair cloaking your face as you leaned forward. You let out an exasperated sigh as you looked up, squinting as Mrs. Taylor droned on and on about the book she held in her hand.

Leaning your head against the wall you let out a puff of air, your gaze fixated on the large window to the side, the pitter-patter of the light rain drowning out her words. You inhaled sharply, your eyes squeezing shut as the thunder rumbled in the distance.

You’ve always been a little scared of thunder, it wasn’t as bad as it was when you were younger. You grabbed the fistful of your skirt, your shoulders tensed as you looked out of the window. It had gotten a lot better now, still, Peter made sure to wrap you up in his arms and rub soothing circles on your back to calm you down. You’ve crawled into his bed countless times for him to pull you up to his chest and press feather-light kisses on your skin.

“He is fucking shameless.” Harry picked on his peas, slouching as he shifted in his seat, his chin rested on his palm, elbow propped up on the wooden table. He tilted his head to the side, his eyes trained on peter. 

He was just a few steps away from you, his brown curls scattered across his forehead, he scrunched his nose, trying to shake the curls out of his eyes and you just about died when his gaze flickered to you for a fleeting moment, amber eyes glossed with hurt pulled you out of your daze. 

You averted your gaze and he was quick to look away, his eyes focusing back on her. He had his arm around her. His lips ghosting over hers as she leaned closer, fingers curling around his wrinkled jacket that hugged his figure loosely. Her back was to the door-frame of the cafeteria, his arm pressed against the small of her back, his fingers playing with her golden curls.

Okay, so I am leaving on vacation tomorrow, for a week long trip with my mom, my mom's best friend, and my little sister to visit colleges. So here we go, trip log has officially started.

Today my mom picked up the rental car that we now have (a black Ford SUV, which is SUPER NICE) and we started AND finished packing. Did all the laundry, and am now getting ready to sleep as much as I can to get up at 6:30 in the morning to leave by 7.

I am feeling kind of nervous, but excited at the same time. Visiting five colleges in one week will be stressful, and I need to make sure to stay organized and try to maybe write down certain things about every school so I don't get confused.

I can't wait to visit them though, and see what the University of Tennessee, the University of Georgia (Bull Dogs!), the University of Tampa, The University of Florida (Go Gators!), and the University of Alabama (Maybe) have in store for me.
