So how can I stop binging after a whole day of no eating

best anas would say just drink water, tough it out or even punish yourself and yeah i’m pr0@na but let's be real, if you can’t control your hunger after a fast, you’ll just end up binging because we’re not magical and a meanspø post it’s not gonna change that.

so i’d recommend eating something with protein, it keeps you full and gives you energy, if you break your fast with even just one bag of chips you’ll just end up more hungry and you will binge because that's how junk food works.

Perfect "eating day" today where I nearly did not eat 😆

36 hours without food now, running 10k every day. Feels good. My body disappears. Disturbing things: sleep is not good and I am freezing all the time (here is still winter). BMI 20.4 now.

It is only a change of the mindset. Non-Eating is normal. Eating is - not normal. Pathological. Addiction. Disgusting. Minimal Eating is no joy, but only serves to keep me alive at the absolute edge, the absolute minimum

In this box is the key of the kitchen. I can't enter it. I will run afterwards and then leaving the house immediately. No chance to eat. Tomorrow the same. I could block the kitchen irreversible up to 99 hours, but I am not always alone...
