I am Mahmoud Al-Safadi, a 54-year-old man, married to Nada, who is 40, and together we have three children: Lina (24), Alaa (21), and Shahd (19). Like any family, our dreams were simple — to live safely together under one roof. But fate has been cruel to us.

The recent war in Gaza has completely destroyed our home, forcing us to move from place to place, searching for safety amidst the terrifying sounds of bombings and explosions.
