PEN15 is such a brilliant show and the way that they were able to accurately depict a friendship between two preadolescent girls is so bizarre but also kind of sad because growing up i didn’t have that close of a relationship with any of the girls in my grade and i barely remember middle or high school and now I’m an adult wondering why i can’t foster a tight relationship with other women like did i do something wrong growing up? Time is scary, one day you’re sharing snacks during recess and then the next you’re finding out they got married through a week old Facebook post and you always thought that you’d be there for moments like that because you promised each other you would be when you were younger.
tfw the tarot cards predict the worst possible outcome so i have to pretend i dont believe in that shit and that i actually touch grass or else i will faint
Oh, come, come, come. Without a monster or two it’s hardly a quest. Merely a gaggle of friends wandering about.
