As Facebook has started to support Oculus VR, we might see some interesting games made for Windows, but it is not a big secret that Sony is more powerful platform for video games than the social network is. Sony can already boast with more features, such as DualShock and PlayStation move controllers having a better physical performance for the player. Furthermore there’s a speed-racing game, which requires a player only to lie on the bed and nod the head with no other controllers involved. Morpheus also comes with a new 3D audio technology that re-creates stereoscopic sounds in all directions and adapts depending on your head position.

So here’s what we see at the moment: Oculus has a first–go advantage and Sony has an opportunity to outrace the beginner. But thanks to Facebook’s continuous patronage the eventual result may be opposite, if more innovative and interactive games will be created for Oculus VR headset in the nearest future. And for the moment we can see such opportunity in their hands, as the release date of Sony’s device and the price it might sell for is still unknown. But most probably we should aim for 2015!

Microsoft unveiled a new tablet Surface Pro 3

Microsoft released a new Surface Pro tablet. Quotha, the company proves for the third time that they can create devices not just for content consumption but also to create it.

Samsung Gear Live smarwatch gets official

Samsung has not too long ago announced their another Android smartwatch. The Samsung Gear Live has a similar design to the Samsung Gear 2, but with Android Wear as its operating system.

This SmartWatch comes with a 1.63-inch touch screen with a resolution of 320x320, and is powered by a 1.2GHz processor. It also has a 512MB of RAM, 4GB of included storage and a 300mAh battery. Samsung Gear Live uses Bluetooth that will connect it with Android smartphones running under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or later version. Samsung has launched a new Chromebook

Samsung has announced the launch of the second-generation notebook series Chromebook. Chromebook 2 has become more productive, long-playing and more interesting in its capabilities. It will be available in two configurations of the screen: 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch.

Samsung has produced two Galaxy Pro tablets

Samsung has completed new tablets of Galaxy series. Note Pro and Tab Pro are identical, except that the first is equipped with a stylus S-Pen.

Both models feature a 12.2-inch Super LCD display with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels. For operation in LTE-networks Samsung sets processor Snapdragon 800 with a clock speed 2.3GHz.
