I finally finished my map of Berk and the surrounding islands! I haven’t decided if I want to darken the colors yet, but I’m hanging it for now.

The IOCDF's website can also help you find support groups, therapy, and has lots of online guides and resources as well if you or a loved one is struggling with the disorder. It is very comprehensive!
