I've been thinking about porcupines recently. Kind of obsessed with this one actually.
I've recently really been trying to beat my burn out by doing other things - pottery painting for example! It's become a bit of an addiction (I currently have 9 various bits of pottery to paint at home đ) but really fulfilling!
I'm sure you've all also noticed the jacket I'm painting on my instagram stories if you follow me there - I'll be wearing it as pitfighter Vi at MCM Comic Con in London this year, so maybe look out for me? đ Or don't actually, I'm really shy haha!
Anyway, that's my little update. I can feel the creative juices starting to flow again and can't wait for my little break for con in October. CiaođŤ

âď¸ Of the supporting characters, who's POV would you be most interested in reading?
I say this with my whole chest:
Not only has she been in every book so far (more than the protag's even), she is smart and quiet about it. I want to know her feelings going to the First. I want to meet the bitterness she feels when "Dulcinea" does not know the Sixth. I want to find her grief for Palamedes and hold it gently in my hands.
Even more, I want to know her side of the story in HtN; how did BoE come to trust them enough to take Nona and go rent a place, what happened between Judith, Corona and Camilla when they lost Gideon's body, how Camilla came to trust Pyrrha. Camilla's reaction to Palamedes suddenly being able to take over her body and how they figured it out.
I want an in-depth description of her emotional breakdown when Palamedes offers their version of Lyctorhood up to her and she bursts into tears on the spot. I want to know her last thoughts as her and Pal's souls merge.
I was doing a short film centering around an old man and a pigeon during my masters degree. I never finished it, but these sketches have stuck.
Does reality ever humble you just a little bit?
Hey everyone!
The carrd I made inspired by this post has been updated a lot, I think you should check it out!
In "extras" you can also find a health section with a couple of recommended stretches artists should really be doing on the daily.
Look after yourselves! âď¸
Hi! No one asked but I wanted to make a big list of art resources I use because I like to try and help people be creative! Not everything I list is free (mostly the books & some PDFs), but Iâll try my best to keep a big portion of it unpaid.
I've also made a carrd with the same links and a set of software links + prices but I'll be updating this with more things I find that I think would be helpful. :)
