One of many doodle pages I’ve done after seeing the Mario movie. I’ve already seen it twice in theaters and likely going a third time with another friend. Loved it so muchhhhh definitely buying the dvd as soon as it’s out.

Toad: For the fifth time, Luigi, yes, you can. Toads and Super Mushrooms aren’t the same species.

Why do you say the finale isn’t great? (I’m admittedly pretty bad at seeing when something isn’t that great)

And when you say the graphic novel, you mean the one that just came out, A Glitch In Time, right?

And ig the finale just. Doesn’t really make a whole lot of sense to me? It’s just a curveball out of nowhere. For some reason going in the portal and getting zapped again undoes the ghost powers instead of turning him… y’know… full ghost? And then they just throw a giant ass meteor in there?? And Vlad just turns into a stereotypical “mwahaha I want power I’m so evil haha!” villain. And I’ve heard a lot of people say Sam is just kinda awful during the whole thing but it’s been forever since I’ve watched it so I don’t quite remember that besides her being really adamant about Danny getting his powers back. I think Butch was a lot more involved in s3 which is def part of the reason why it kinda fell off as it went on. Sucks but sometimes it be that way.

But the fandom has plenty of extra content that’s fantastic so that’s good! And honestly more power to you if you enjoyed the finale

Y’know, we’ve seen Luigi cry a lot, but I don’t know if we’ve seen Mario cry. He deserves a good cry after everything he’s been through </3
