⭐ 17.06.2024 // I DID IT!! I DID IT GUYS!!! I STUDIED 10 HOURSSSSS!!!!

I'm tired but especially extremely motivated by the fact that I was able to achieve that much. Like, a few years ago I would never have thought that it would be possible for me to do it EVER. It says so much about my recovery journey and it's awesome. Like I'm able for the first time in YEARS to manage studying a lot of hours, doing a minimum of self care, answering people's texts, planning events for later AND be able to function like a human (so not be overly tired by it). It means a lot for me. I still have progress to make in some domains tho, who doesn't, but it's still amazing

(And honestly Tumblr has something to do with it, I met amazing mutuals here and maybe the "do it scared, do it bad, do it tired" helped me in my journey after all ahah)

PS : my cat didn't want to sleep in my room today so I don't have any pictures of her yet :(( (but she killed a mouse today, ig she had other priorities)

And so, the simplest things bring me the most joy

When the going gets tough… study, study harder📚✨.

I've been having an extremely productive week and I'm scared I'll crash but I'll ride this high while it lasts #no_regrets

one thing i really enjoy doing in my journal is writing down beautiful poems, passages from novels, and film reviews that i come across. a few weeks ago, i watched la chimera and it was one of the best movies i've seen in the past decade. i'm still thinking about it, weeks later.... beautiful movies beget beautiful film reviews so i wrote down an excerpt of an nyt review🏺

Whenever I take a break from reading because I'm too lazy and return to it later, I'm always surprised. Because I really really find my courses interesting and I love reading and finding out more things about it. I'm always like "I didn't want to read this??"

Anyways, I'm locked in again! I have to catch up on A LOT of classes, so wish me speed. I also have a test by the end of this month and I've not started prepping for it. And it's PSYCHOLOGY! Oh well
