We absent ourselves today in honor and remembrance of the victims of femicide and trafficking for whom tomorrow will also be a #daywithoutwomen. For women lost to intimate partner violence; for girls lost to parents who wanted a boy; to the bones found or forever lost in the deserts of northern Mexico; to the native women lost in Canada along the highway of tears; to the women and girls fleeing war zones captured by traffickers. Our list is in no way exhaustive. But we hope for a brighter day. A day when 'female' is not a risk factor.

The official Tiki Papier professional debut! The World's Most Fashionable Paper Doll is posing in Lesley Ware's new book - How To Be A Fashion Designer! All of her outfits were expressly designed for this project. Lesley's writing is wonderful. She is incredibly chic and generous and endlessly enthusiastic about fashion.
