A Glimpse at Nature

Kylee’s college interview had gone quite well with visiting admissions counselor Allison from her top choice school.

When Allison met Kylee’s mom Wanda at the end of the interview, she asked Kylee and Wanda to wait outside the restaurant where she was conducting her interviews.

After Allison finished with the last interview she went back outside. Kylee and Wanda were sitting together on a bench.

”Thank you both so much for waiting. I must tell you that I’ve found with certain prospective students…and their mothers, taking the interview to the “next level” in a more private environment, has often proved to be beneficial to everyone. I think this might be one of those cases, Wanda.”

”Yes, well Allison, I believe I understand. We certainly don’t want to adversely affect Kylee’s chances at your prestigious school. What did you have in mind?”

”Well, my hotel is just a mile or so away. Perhaps Kylee can ride with me and you can follow.

”We’ll follow your lead, Allison, of course.”

“That’s good to hear, Wanda. C’mon, Kylee. I’d like to get to know you a lot better.”
