I got really confused and started panicking, but then found out everything was all right. Now every time I read ACOMAF around my friends, they joke like, "Oh, your not going to freak out again, are you?" It pisses me off. But I will never forget the feeling of thinking the bond was broken.

I remember when I read acotar and acomaf for the first time

It was a month after acomaf was released so I knew that Tamlin was a tool and Rhys was bae and that chapter 55 was a thing. I knew everything.

BUT THEN I GET TO THOSE LAST CHAPTERS AND THE MATING BIND BEING “BROKEN” AND I FUCKING FREAKED BECAUSE NO ONE ON TUMBLR MENTIONED THAT AND I REMEMBER THE PANIC AND THE FEAR AND THE FUCKING FEELS AND WOW if that’s what you guys had to feel throughout both novels then fuck I missed out on a lot of panic attacks.

I want it, but I'm also terrified of it xD

Am I excited that ACOWAR is out in two months? No. I'm not. I'm petrified. Absolutely shaken to the core. You know it's gonna be agony. Happy, sad—agony is relative here.

Okay So I'm rereading ACOMAF

Now that I know pretty much everything that’s happened so far, I decided to go back and review it before A Court Of Wings and Ruin comes out. I’m not even to the point where they travel to the summer court yet and I can’t help but notice that Rhys has such a high standard for Feyre, and he treats her with respect just like he does with the Court of Dreams because he LOVES her and wants her to feel comfortable with him. I didn’t notice that until I started rereading and seriously, it is the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen a character do, giving up his title, his plans for Hybern, all the things that Feyre asks him not to do because he adores her. Wow. If that isn’t relationship goals then tell me what is.

“I name you Elentiya, ‘Spirit That Could Not Be Broken.’” How could I not adore a staff-wielding, lotus-blossom-and-nutmeg-smelling, Wyrd-using princess? She is so elegant and badass at the same time. I am very curious to see more about Eyllwe and Banjali specifically. (Just finished the first novel in the series!)
