Namkha was a restless soul, always seeking something greater, something beyond the ordinary. He had heard stories of enlightenment, of a truth so grand and mind-blowing that it would change everything. And so, he set out on a journey, determined to find this ultimate truth.
His journey led him across lands and through countless teachings. He read sacred texts, debated with scholars, and practiced every form of meditation he could find. Yet, no matter where he looked, the truth seemed to avoid him. It was always just out of reach, like a mirage in the desert.
One day, while wandering through the empty steppes, Namkha encountered an old guide with deep, calm eyes that seemed to see through everything. The guide walked alongside Namkha for a while, listening to him speak of his endless search.
"I seek the ultimate truth," Namkha said, his voice filled with both hope and frustration. "I want to find something so profound, so extraordinary, that it will transform me completely."
The guide smiled gently, his expression calm. "You are searching for something grand and mind-blowing, but what you seek is not found in noise or grandiosity. The truth is subtle, quiet, ever-present. It does not shout; it whispers."
Namkha shook his head. "But I’ve studied so much, practiced so hard. Surely, the truth must be something extraordinary, something that will strike me like lightning."
The guide’s smile didn’t waver. "The truth is already here, within you. It is not something to be found through endless searching or consuming more and more knowledge. It is found in silence, in stillness. But you must be willing to listen to that silence, to be with it, and to let go of your endless quest."
Namkha was not convinced. "How can the truth be so simple? I need to keep searching. There must be more, something I haven’t discovered yet, something beyond all of this."
The guide’s eyes softened with understanding, but he said no more. He knew that Namkha had to come to this realization on his own. And so, he simply walked with Namkha in silence, his presence calm and steady.
Namkha, however, could not rest. He continued his search, driven by the need to find something big, something that would finally satisfy his restless mind. He traveled farther, studied harder, meditated longer, but still, the truth remained just out of reach, always distant, always fleeting.
As the years passed, Namkha grew sick and tired. His body aged, his mind became tired, but his search never brought him the satisfaction he was looking for. He had consumed countless teachings, filled his mind with endless knowledge, but it all felt empty, like trying to grasp smoke.
One day, exhausted and defeated, Namkha found himself back on the same steppes where he had met the guide years ago. To his surprise, the guide was still there, sitting quietly under a tree, as if he had never left.
Namkha approached him, his heart heavy with the weight of his unsuccessful search. "I’ve done everything," he said, his voice filled with hopelessness. "I’ve searched everywhere, but I’m still lost. I don’t know what to do anymore."
The guide looked at Namkha with the same calm eyes, and after a long pause, he spoke. "The truth you seek cannot be found in more searching, more texts, or more effort. It is in the silence that you have ignored, the stillness you have avoided. The truth is not a thing to be found, but the realization of what has always been—your own Self, beyond all thoughts and ideas."
Namkha look at the guide for a long time. He finally fell silent, his mind too tired to argue. He sat down beside the guide and, for the first time, he simply listened to the silence around him. The wind whispered through the trees, the leaves rustled gently, and in that stillness, something within him began to shift.
As Namkha sat in silence, he felt the restless waves of his mind start to settle. The need to search, to grasp, to find something outside of himself began to fade. In the quiet, he started to realize that the truth he had been searching for was not something distant or grand, but something that had always been within him—something so simple, so subtle, that it could only be found in the absence of all seeking.
In that moment, Namkha understood. The truth was not in the endless texts or the complex philosophies. It was in the silence, in the stillness of his own being. The truth was himself, his own true nature, the Self that is ever-present, ever-whole.
The guide smiled, seeing the change in Namkha’s eyes. "The way was never about finding something outside of you. It was about realizing what has always been here, within you. The Self is not something to be attained; it is what you are. All you need to do is be still and know."
And in that silence, Namkha knew he was home.
Hey :) How are you doing? I am 🌊—anon, wanted to give my two cents, because it seems some anons don't see how they could dream up something seemingly different.
So I want to ask you, if you're powerful enough to dream up the entire reality you "reside" in right now, why couldn't you be just as powerful to dream up a different illusion? Both are from/in/because of you, why do you label one as easier than the other? Aren't both the same? Just take away all the illusionary parts of this reality (so basically strip down to the naked truth haha), question how and why this seems natural and easy. Question what is natural and easy. You have constructed this whole plot, so why wouldn't you be able to construct a seemingly different one?
(I have no idea how I missed this ask)
Helloooo 🌊anon! I've been wondering where did you go haha. How are you?
Thankyou for sharing🩵Hope you're well!
An Empty Appearance.
You read it. Everything around you is an empty appearance, nothing more. Empty appearance, because it holds no meaning and importance. Not unless you assign it one.
It's all " " appearing in different forms, experiencing itself. That makes everything, " ". Nothing more, nothing less. And when everything is THAT, what difference is left between a castle and a hut, if not for labels.
A certain image might have popped up in your *mind* (sorry for the lack of better word) when I said castle and hut. But who decides what is what? Take away all the labels, if it's all THAT, who decides experiencing X is harder than experiencing Y?
All notions are made up. All rules are made-up. There is no right way for anything. You exist, and your existence is the absolute TRUTH. And that truth can only be experienced directly, which you are doing right now. You just need to notice.
Stop complicating this. There is no body, just an appearance of one. There is only THAT, which being formless can take any form it wants. Which being limitless, can expand in whichever way it wants, unfolding into countless experiences, with no bounds at all.
The experience is THAT. The experiencer is THAT. The experienced is THAT. It's an eternal Play with yourself, you make the rules and you break them if you will, it's as simple as it sounds.
You just need to notice it.
No form is better than other form. No form is Harder to experience than other form. They're all empty momentary appearances, equally dependent on " ", the formless. The one who gets to pick and choose. The only one that IS.
Formless, Limitless, The ultimate intelligence. That's you. If you want to impose rules on yourself, it's your choice. If you want to limit yourself, it's your choice. There's no one to dictate your experience but yourself, it's a choice. Free will. Do whatever you want with it.
That's all I have to say to you.
Ponder on this if you want. Ignore it if you want. Get off Tumblr and create a beautiful dream for yourself if you want. It's a free will and your Decision at the end of the day.
Have fun with it. Sending love🩷🙏
Hii! I get quite confused by some things. There's nothing to do, because there's no one to do it, right? Everything is in me/I am I. I don’t understand what it would be like to “turn inward” when I am already THAT, or “realize”. What should I "notice"? If there is no agent, what should I watch out for? I would like to free myself from this burden.
I have the feeling that there is still something missing, a moment when everything becomes clear. I have read and heard that this moment does not exist, so why should I “turn inward”?
Stay safe, and thank you!
Hello!
When we say turn inward, it's just to call your attention towards the core of every appearance. " ". Nothing. Which "appears" to be something. If you already understand that there is no entity, and nothing to watch out for, then stop looking for anything more. Sink in this moment itself, because "THIS" is all there is, and all that can ever be.
The feeling of something missing is just that, a FEELING. And every doubt you have is just that, a THOUGHT. Happening to no one. If you already understand that, then just let everything be. Don't seek. Don't search.
Stay right where you are. Just..Be. Exist. Notice how throughout everything, you're always just BEING.

It’s not your “face claim” it’s YOU
It’s not your “DR self” it’s YOU
It’s not your “DR family” it’s YOUR family
It’s not your “DR life” it’s YOUR life
Embrace your dimension, it is real life, not a silly little scenario.

Reader Namkha: I struggle a bit with this idea of returning to being. I can’t seem to find it, if that makes sense.
Answer: You're absolutely right, Namkha. You can’t "find" being in the way you might look for an object.
Trying to find 'Beingness' is like a gold ring searching for gold. The ring, as it appears, is merely a form, and it cannot locate the gold it seeks because it is looking from the perspective of its own form. In reality, it cannot find gold because it is gold.
Similarly, consider a wave trying to find the ocean. The wave may believe it is separate, yet it is actually an expression of the ocean itself. It cannot exist without the ocean, nor can it separate itself from it to find it.
In another analogy, a clay pot cannot search for the clay it is made from. The pot is simply a shape formed from the clay, and it cannot stand apart from it to observe it as something distinct.
Just like a gold ring cannot stand apart from gold, a wave cannot find the ocean, and a clay pot cannot find the clay, you cannot find your own Beingness as if it were an object to be discovered. You are your Beingness.
What we perceive, including what you call a body, thoughts, or feelings, are appearances – seeming appearances – not Actuality. Actuality, or Reality, is the "Awareness" , "SELF", "Namelessness", that is ever-present, never perceived as an object.
Just as you need distance to see an object, all knowledge within the effect of your mind, seem to work in a subject-object relationship. We can only know something if we stand apart from it. This is true for everything in experience: thoughts, feelings, sensations.
We can know them because we stand as the Knower, seemingly apart from the known object. However, this relationship is part of the world of appearances – it’s not the "Reality".
The "exception" is the "Knowing of Being" – "Awareness". This "Knowingness" is beyond the subject-object split.
When you say, "I know myself," the "I" that knows and the "SELF" that is known are not two. There’s no distance between the two because they are the same. This is the direct, non-conceptual experience of "Beingness", the "Actuality" of "Awareness".
So, when you say, "I can’t find myself," you’re correct in that you can’t find yourself as an object in appearance. But at the same time, "you" do know yourself as the pure "Knowingness."
For example, if I ask you now, "Are you aware?" what would you say?
Reader Namkha: Yes, I would say I am aware.
Answer: Exactly. And what is it that knows you are aware? It’s simply "awareness" itself, not an object. "SELF" knows "itSELF". This is the "Knowingness" that doesn’t involve any concept or object. It’s the "Actuality" of "Awareness" – "Awareness" being aware of itself. Just like the sun illuminates the world, it also illuminates itself – but not by standing apart from itself.
This Knowing of Being is non-dual; there’s no subject and object. There is only the direct "Knowingness", the "Actuality" of your own "Beingness". That’s why you can’t "find" yourself as an object of perception. But you do know yourself, directly and clearly, through this self-illuminating "Awareness". This is the "Reality" that must not be mistaken for the appearances we seem to experience.
Reader Namkha: So, do I need to step back from the intellect in order to understand this?
Answer: Yes, you need to step back from the intellect because the intellect operates within appearances, within duality. The intellect can only conceptualize things in terms of subject and object, but it cannot grasp the "Actuality" of "Beingness". When I ask, "Are you aware?" you might formulate the response, "Yes." But this response is just a reflection of your direct experience of "Awareness", which is beyond concepts.
Even without the words, "I am aware," the experience remains: you are aware. This is the essence of Non-Dual "Knowingness". It is not a thought or a concept – it is your actual "Beingness". It’s not something you think about; it’s something you are.
Reality beyond the intellect and appearances.
Reader Namkha: I see. Can I ask something else about the meditation I did this morning? When I was meditating, I felt a heaviness in my chest and a coldness around me. This often happens, and I’m not sure how to make sense of it.
Answer: You mentioned feeling a heaviness in your chest and a coldness around you. Now, these are sensations you are aware of, but they are just appearances. There are two parts to this experience: 1) the appearance of sensation (heaviness or coldness) and 2) the fact that you are aware of these sensations.
Instead of focusing on the sensation itself, let’s shift focus to the "I" that was aware of the heaviness. What do you mean when you say, "I was aware"? What is this "I"? Is it also an appearance, or is it something beyond?
Reader Namkha: I’m not sure. I feel like the "I" is awareness, but I can’t fully describe it.
Answer: Exactly! When you try to describe the "I," you realize there’s nothing objective there to describe. The "I" you refer to is not an appearance, not part of what you experience as sensations or thoughts. It is the "Knowingness" itself. This is why you paused – because "Awareness" cannot be objectified. It is not part of the world of appearances.
This pause is important. It is a recognition of your true nature, which is not something objective or conceptual, but the "Actuality" of "pure Awareness". When you try to "look" at yourself, there is nothing to see, because the "I" that is aware is beyond all appearances – it is "Reality" itself.
Keep "exploring", but do so through the direct "Knowing" of your "Beingness", not through the intellect or appearances. This is where the "Real" is noticed.
Reader Namkha: Thank you.
Answer: You’re welcome.
Keep going in this way, focusing on the direct experience of the Actuality of Beingness, not appearances :-)

How do you accept nothing, for example, waking up to x body and life, you don't want experience it anymore. So you want to change x to y, how do you do it? Let me explain, I'll go within, there's silence so " ", then I wake up and I still see x, why? If I imagined y's life it should happen instead, so why not?
If it's because of misinidentification, how do you stop thinking it is you? You said we shouldn't call the ego a character or her/they/he whatever because it cause separation, which shouldn't be because it are you but then how do you stop thinking it is you?
Another ask, it is about labeling, for example I want it to be another day/hour, I'll go within but then I do knot know what to do, i am within and I start imagining it to be another hour/day yet it doesn't change, why? Or, how you strip yourself from the concepts, if I go within, how I do it? It is not like I think about the "time" I say "there's no more time!" And it stops, because the thoughts are useless and are a illusion, so they have no power. So they can't be helpful..
"If I imagine y's life it should happen instead, so why not"
There is nothing to change. " " can appear as anything it decides to appear as. It's as simple as that. Ask yourself what you've decided and accepted.
"How do you stop thinking it's you"
Well, you stop. That's it. Dive deeper within yourself, and you'll Know.
"I'll go within but then I don't know what to do"
There is nothing to do. And no doer to do it. You decide what IS every moment, no exception. THAT chooses the experience, THAT is the experience.
How difficult was it to for you to decide to send this ask? Was it a long 262728 steps process or just simply choosing to do so?
You are :
Not the body , you're aware of it.
Not the mind, you're aware of it.
Not the memories, you're aware of it.
No personality, this is part of the mind , you're aware of it.
All of these are seemingly always changing, wether it is the body, mind, personnality, life , all. There is one thing that never changed, never will. The "I" who is aware of all of those seeming changes.
If you go back to zero, and nothing is left, only blank, who or what is aware of this blank also. What is aware of this "I"? There is this pure presence. You know it.
This is not an object, that you can conceptualize, this is not a thought, it is not an interpreation. It is the one in wich all of this appears. Don't try to visualise , to think about what it is, to search it. You are IT , you are aware of everything, of that seeking, that feeling of being stuck , all.
And this everything is actually also you. Because you are Existence itself. Being (I would even say the verb itself , not the word ,what the verb points to ). You appear as divided , as many different forms but you are not limited by any of them, they are not real in themselves, you are only experiencing yourself. The only thing there is to "them" is your awareness of it.
Because you are pure Existence itself, appearing as many.
That way, nothing is actually affecting You. You are the screen of existence in wich all of this movie appears. You can enjoy the movie with its ups and downs knowing you are all of it and it's only just a movie (inspired by Swami Sarvapriyananda). You don't need to do anything, to change anything. Just understand what it already is.
Hii! I get quite confused by some things. There's nothing to do, because there's no one to do it, right? Everything is in me/I am I. Q: Because it is dream-like, anything is possible. So there’s no actual problems, right?
A: Yes, anything or any situation is possible. There is no actual restriction or limit. But it seems to the Mind that there are full of restrictions and limits. Yes, no actual problems, but just like in a dream, there seems to be full of problems. This is the magic that only SELF can appreciate. Saying "anything is possible" is an understatement.
Human language can't describe this magic. It's infinitely more magical than you can ever imagine. It is so magical that it can appear to have no magic. It's so magical that insubstantiality can appear substantial.
It's so magical that space-less and timeless can appear as space and time. It's so magical that absolute perfection can appear as if it is imperfect. That's how magic works. The Mind complains that there is no freedom.
But this is exactly how unconditional freedom appears to be. So, "feeling in bondage" is indeed an illusion projected by the Mind. The Mind complains that everything is hard and solid and there are so many hardships to overcome in life. Although such feelings of hardships may appear to be very obvious, it is an illusion projected by the Mind. This is exactly how the magic functions, illusions always appear very real.
Otherwise, illusion won't be illusion. If you don't get what I am talking about, just remind yourself how real a dream plotline feels until it pops. Through continuous noticing, your innate sensitivity will automatically increase, there will come a moment you will discover this magic while the current plotline seemingly continuing to proceed.
I am fat - Yeah you are right.

AND THIS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS HOW MANIFESTATION WORKS.
I used to wonder "how do I do it" and look for answers, but then I realized that 'I' am the ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY, so why do I keep asking? Just know.

"THAT" experiences, a 'body' doesn't.
• The person you think you are cannot experience anything. Only "THAT" can. "THAT" is experiencing, "THAT" never waits.
• You are not the person you think you are, but you are already what your thoughts are looking for because you are the formless THAT, capable of appearing as any illusion because it is Nothingness by nature.
• It is THAT that can experience everything and anything, it is THAT that is constantly here and it is THAT that is experienced. And you are THAT.
• Look into your true existence, then understand that this existence is not as a person, not as a body, but as the formless THAT. IT transcends all limitations. Instantly.
• It's not about who you think you are, but about going through what you think you are. The apparent illusions are experienced by THAT, not the person you think you are and they are made out of that. THAT is experiencing THAT.

Q: Self nature is also a phenomenon?
A: Let me put it this way: Every idea or concept that you can think about and speak of is phenomenon or sensory sensation. SELF is beyond thinking, describing , analyzing, and speaking. Not being able to think about, describing, analyzing, and speaking of SELF is not an impediment because knowing SELF is direct. And knowing SELF does not require thinking, describing, analyzing, or speaking out at all. In other word, you don't need the function of the Mind to directly know your SELF. For example, you can directly know the taste of a lemon without thinking, analysis, and expression. You just know it directly. So, I am also pointing to utter effortlessness.
Stop. There is nothing to change.
"How do I become aware of x"
"I'm tired of waking up as y"
"I wanna experience z now"
Guys, seriously?
Okay, let's take it step by step. Do you see what you do when you force yourself to change something? You just establish it NOT being there.
That leads to you thinking that it's something separate you have to achieve.
That initiates another cycle of cause and effect and you mentally beating yourself, pushing yourself only to get in your own way.
You do not change x into y. You do not change this into that. It's always THAT. And when it's always THAT, then why are you trying so hard to change something? Anything?
It's always " " Experiencing " ".
It's always perfect. It's always you.
By wanting to change something, you create a separation between what is and what you perceive not being. When it's all the same. One.
Being is effortless, so just be. You don't change something. You just become what you wanna experience, you are the experience. It seriously can't get any simpler than this.
There is nothing to change. Watch it all unfold perfectly. Because it is. Because it's all you.
Give up. And just BE. (Yeah that's my favorite line)
I saw a lot of "what I'm being aware of is not here yet" " I keep seeing my old .... but I know the thing I'm aware is the only truth "
It seems like you guys just changed the word "manifesting" and "imagining" to "being aware" of without actually understanding what it means.
If you are aware of something you won't say or you don't have it yet lr that you are aware of it but still stuggles etc , aware of it means knowing / experiencing it now , it's not a method . You are aware of reading those words, you are aware of waiting for what you want, you are aware of everything you experience right know ! It's not a method to manifest and get it later!!
As I said in my first post here, when I say observe wanting it then observe having it , it's really observe it unfolding now the same way you observe yourself wanting tea and then making tea . It's not "be aware of (wanting) it only , and keep doing that until you see it" , no ! You exeprience it now. Stop identifying with the body as if it has a factual appearence that you need to change. It's not there already. If you want something, experience it , stop thinking you have to wait or , that it is a desire. The moment you "imagine" it, it's already an experience as real as the words you're reading now (meaning it's not), stop labelling it as false and imaginative (in the way that it's imaginative compared to reality , but yes it is as imaginary as the world you think it's real, and vice versa) . Both are illusions
"what you experience the very next second, is because you KNOW you will. You are aware, with no doubts."
As you said this, I got a doubt
Let's take an example - I was walking on a road and a car hit me. Did I know that the car will hit me?
You KNOW yourself to live in a world full of uncertainties, a world that could harm 'you', a world with potential threats.
If you KNOW your true nature, your boundless existence, that you're all there is, you can drop any idea of any harm coming to your experience in any way. Because not a single thing can defy what you decide, only if you KNOW and accept the limitless being you are.
These pointers are not for you to just read and dismiss, I'm not talking to this limited being you identify yourself with. Go within, beyond the surface level with these pointers. If any doubts come ponder on them yourself. Why something can, why something can't, it's all because of YOU. It all points you to your SELF.
Oneness- Direct Experience.
What does non duality mean to you? Does that mean two, or does that mean ONE?
And if there's only ONE, doesn't that mean that you can never 'not experience oneness', that is your SELF. Awareness. THAT. " ". Or whatever you call it.
When you say you aren't having direct experience, or you're waiting for that direct experience, what it looks like from my pov is that ONENESS, Awareness is waiting to experience being Itself.
Is it Cassandra pretending to be oneness, Or is it oneness expressing itself disguised as some Cassandra?
" " waiting to experience being " " ?
That doesn't make sense, because how can you not experience being yourself. When that's your Default nature, and you're all there is?
The freedom, and direct experience you so desperately seek wouldn't be found through your endless search. Because;
You are that freedom. You are THE experience. You are all Around you. Because you are all there is.
It's only a matter of noticing. So stop seeking, start noticing. Be aware of this subtle yet very evident truth. That's all there is to do.
You are Water.
Water stands independent of wave. It was before a wave came to be, it is after the wave subsides, and it'll be for as long as the wave is.
A wave on the other hand, cannot be without water. It is water.
That water (awareness/that) is your true nature. The wave (an appearance) is this body you think yourself to be.
So you are never not Awareness. THAT. Consciousness. You're always that. No matter what you believe yourself to be.
No self realisation exists because there is nothing to realise, only to remember and Be.
'I want' is a thought of limitation itself, if you're water (THAT) and know no wave (no appearance) stands independent of you what is left to want? The moment you incline towards 'I want' you are limiting yourself to the person.
'I want'-> Is of the person. (Illusion)
'I am' -> is of your true nature. The knowing. That nothing is independent of you, while you yourself are independent of it all.
You Exist. Is the TRUTH.
Everything else is just a byproduct of that truth, an appearance. This so called physical body's existence is as unreal and unbelievable as existence of Elves and Voldemort and unicorns..etc.
That's about this episode of Coffee with the one who's not you. Subscribe for more(please don't)
Again, there is no enlightenment, nothing to detach or get rid off, you are always you. No matter what is appearing it's still you. Oneness. Now it's your choice if you keep seeking and trying. But it's still ONE.
That's why we drop all concepts, even non-dualism, when we know. Because there is no one to be realized and nothing to find. It has always been the same.
Even though there are great pointers to self in non-dualism, in posts, in videos I share here, it's still meaningless. So don't take everything seriously and word by word. Even in my words and the content of others that I share, there is no right or wrong, if anything is limiting then it's not real. The only absolute Truth is you exist and are "THAT" ( even that seems like it's limiting, when you know you know).
One with everything, but bounded by nothing, because all is only you seemingly appearing as all. Don't forget that pointers just hint who you are, when you notice it, you'll see by yourself that all is meaningless because you always had been "THAT". Even if you don't notice it (would be hard not to tho) , oneness, emptiness, pure knowing, awareness, " ", is still already a fact. So either accept that now, or keep waiting for realization of nothing and limiting yourself.
Everything that is in your awareness, no matter what labels and meaning you put on it ( like real , unreal, impossible, imaginative...), is just an illusion , they are never real in themselves , it's just you appearing as such, experiencing, but there is nothing there. Limits, time, matter, space, don't exist, they have no impact on you. Since it's in your awareness it means "they" are dependent on you ( because surprise it's you making up concepts for experience, "THAT" playing with "THAT", pretending to forget its true nature just to experience fully the illusion )
A pot is not really a pot, it's clay appearing as a pot. The pot( a form) is only clay, we cant seperate the clay from the pot, meaning it can't exist without clay. But clay is not only a pot (not limited by it). You are the clay and everything else is you in different form but never seperated from you .The difference is you're made of no-thing so you can appear as anything. As you already are appearing as the whole seeming universe and every possible things and details you can think of. Limitless is not enough to describe you.
You can try to think about anything that is not you, but you can't, cause even the fact that you're thinking of it means it's in your awareness so it's you and it never exists outside of you.
Even the "unknown" is in you as "unknown" , you'll know it when you do, if you want. It's still you.
Jade has been in the LOA community for over a year now. It opened her up to many different possibilities, such as shifting to the MCU (Marvel Universe) where she is a superhero with super strength, super speed, and the ability to fly.
Everyday when she wakes up, and before she goes to bed, she does an intense visualization of this reality. Each time she does it, her "current reality" seems to disappear, until she opens her eyes. She knows that she's so close yet so far from shifting there! She decides to go on Tumblr and ask for advice.
She comes across some intriguing ND posts that say "You must collapse the duality between physical vs imagination and real vs unreal" and "All experiences are the same, no matter the label. Seeing a car in a 'daydream' is no different than seeing one 'in real life.'"
This seems to be different than what she learned from LOA, with the existence of a 3D/4D and 'fulfilling your imagination until it shows up in the physical.' She sends a blogger a question out of curiosity.
"Hi! I know that this is not a shifting blog, but I wanted clarification on a few things. For over a year now, I've been trying to shift to the Marvel Universe, where I'm a superhero with powers. Everyday I do a visualization where I am experiencing these things. I just saw your post that says all experiences are the same, and how seeing something in imagination is the same as real life. Does this mean the whole time I was visualizing myself in that reality, I was already experiencing that? It was real? I also want to know how imagination and physical are the same. Thank you." She inquired.
The blogger responds with, "Yes you already experienced it. The reason why there's no physical vs imagination is because your awareness, your true nature, is present during all appearances that come and go. We've just labelled certain appearances real or not real based on certain ideas we picked up through life. For example, many people think that experiences are only real when you are awake and you seem to be living through the 5 senses. They were also taught that things like fairies, dragons, supernatural abilities aren't real, so when they hear stories about people experiencing those things, it's a huge shock for them. But in reality, nothing is objectively real or unreal, all experiences are possible for awareness. You (as awareness, THAT, or " ") are the ONLY thing that is truly real. As the ultimate authority, only you can decide what is "true" for you or not."
Jade decides to take some time to really think about what this blogger said. Everything they said is a complete 180 from what Jade thought she knew about life and how reality works. So that means this entire time, she was already in the MCU? And the MCU is apparently just as real as what Jade calls "real life?" That is truly an interesting concept to ponder! The one thing that has Jade stumped, however, is the fact that she opens her eyes and continues to see her old life. She goes back to the blogger to ask about this.
"That's really interesting how I already experienced being in the MCU! So this technically means I can tell someone I "shifted" there, and they couldn't accuse me of lying? Also, I'm a bit confused on why whenever I open my eyes after visualizing, I still see my old life," She questioned the blogger.
"To answer your first question, no, they can't accuse you of 'lying' because that was a valid experience for you. The idea that you have to experience "shifting symptoms" or enter the void state to "experience another world" is limiting, and creates a barrier between you and whatever you want to experience. This is no disrespect to that community, if they want to "shift" or "enter the void state" to experience things, that is totally up to them. But ND is about not labelling experiences, and not treating them as if they are separate from you. All experiences are yours. It's natural for you, as an omnipotent being, to experience whatever you want instantly. As for why your "old life" continues to appear, there is no old life. There's no experience A turning into experience B, it's all nothingness. You said you visualized being in the MCU, have you noticed that the "old life" seems to disappear and you're totally focused on the visualization? That's because the "old life" never was in the first place!" The blogger explained.
That response made everything click for Jade. She finally feels free enough to experience the MCU universe or any other universe whenever she wants! "Thank you so much! This was very helpful and empowering!" She thanked the blogger.
And so Jade became the superhero she always wanted to be.
