After the accidental death of their father, Akira and Fujiko got into a fight that nearly tore the entire tower apart. In the ensuing scuffle, they knocked over some candles and set the building on fire. As the ceiling started to collapse around them, Akira told her to stop fighting since the building was coming down around them. Fortunately, Akira was able to push her off of her just as the floor above them collapsed. Akira was seemingly buried alive in the rubble, while Fujiko’s face was horribly burned by a flaming beam falling on her. Akira was able to escape the burning building and took the Sword Of Order with her. Now left alone and disfigured, Fujiko only had her assassin training to keep her going. But in the coming years, she slowly started to lose her grip on reality. With no one to keep her company except for the loyal Yakuza members who trained her, she started creating people to talk to. Eventually, this habit of talking to herself began to spiral out of control. Whenever she’d be training, she’d become downright terrifying. But whenever she wasn’t training and was just by herself, she’d snap out of it. Sometimes whenever she was in her room, her reflection would talk to her. Eventually, it got to the point that she’d go to training sessions without even knowing it. It seems that during her downward spiral into insanity, Fujiko had developed Severe Schizophrenia. The voices would egg her on, encouraging her to follow a path of death and self-destruction. This would lead to disastrous consequences, like when she killed her sensei during sword training in a frenzy of madness. Eventually, she lost all control and went completely off the deep end. But underneath all of the rage and violence, Fujiko is an extremely lonely person who just wants to be loved. The only reason why she battles her sister is that it's the only way she can think of to spend time with her. She’s even hoping that maybe Ryuko will stop her.

Heroes: Black Streak (Louis Ryder)

Heroes: Black Streak (Louis Ryder)

Louis was born in the intercity of Harking City to a poor family. His father worked at a chemical company that was owned by Carlyle Industries, and was almost always absent, working constant night shifts to bring the bread for his family. In order to blow off steam, Louis enjoyed partaking in parkour around his neighborhood. One night while on a run, Louis made his way to his father’s factory to watch him work from the roof’s glass window. While watching his father, a security guard surprised him, causing Louis to fall through the window and into one of the vats full of the super serum. He was immediately rescued and sent to the factory’s infirmary. While resting off his injuries, he began to have extremely fast spasms in his bed. At one point, his heart monitor seemed to just short out. When he finally woke up, he accidentally destroyed the entire room when he touched the ground, with everyone saying they saw only a blur run around the room. He then allowed the scientists of the Carlyle Corporation to experiment on him to find a cure for his troubles. He was eventually given a collar that allowed him to regulate his speed, as the serum gave him the power of super speed, with the downside being that if his legs stood firmly on the ground, they couldn’t stop moving. He then decided to be the protector of his neighborhood, using his super speed to help anyone in need. Unfortunately, he would accidentally start a gang war in his home neighborhood after sending the leader of the gang to prison for injuring his girlfriend. For all of the destruction he caused, he was exiled from his neighborhood and wound up living in Carlyle Tower, the home base of P.E.A.C.E. He and his girlfriend would end up getting married and having a daughter they named Jessica, who you’ll find out about soon.

He has to fight Poison Ivy in the Greenhouse, Scarecrow in the Medical Wing, Mad hatter in the Cafeteria, Two-Face in the Security Wing, and The Joker in the Movie Theater, where Joker dresses in drag and sings "I'm A Sweet Transvestite" from Rocky Horror Picture Show. Hugo is revealed to be a complete nut case who's obsessed with Batman, and his plan was to see how he's able to defeat his rogues gallery. Revealing he's figured out who Batman is, his ultimate goal is to replace Batman, planning on trapping him inside Arkham Asylum. He'd then taking up the mantle of Batman, thinking that he'd be a better Batman than Bruce ever was. In this story, Mad Hatter overtakes the cafeteria by broadcasting his mind control frequency over the intercoms. He now has a decent sized army composed of both inmates and guards, with Batman being forced to fight all of them. When he finally confronts Hatter, Hatter has set up a tea party in the cafeteria, and proceeds to drug his two henchmen, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, with Bane's venom.
