Most people never saw a warframe, especially a tenno operated one. So while they could’ve known each other we kinda doubt they know that they were Dax, especially since most warframes can’t speak

Thinking about the former Dax Warframes (the explicitly stated ones)(Umbra, Dagath, & Sevagoth), and how Teshin and Varzia feel when they see them. They likely used to know these frames when they were people, and they watched them get turned into weapons.
