I swear, nothing screams more as bullshit insanity than Kodaka just mindlessly revealing that Kokichi is aware of the existence of future events and alternative timelines about seven years after the game originally came out
Well, let’s see, first would be to say that Steven never forgive the Diamond, when that’s just nothing but a massive cope made up by Rebecca, so no one would look at her weird, when her show’s message is, “It’s okay to forgive anyone, even the abusers, and especially the nazis.”
Next would be to say that Steven was nowhere powerful enough to defeat the diamonds, which could be circled back to Rebecca forcing that is the only possible solution.
Finally, the biggest lie would be to say that Steven challenged their ideology, when what actually happened was, Steven told them, “Stop.”, and the Diamonds said, “Okay.”, which basically resulted into the diamonds getting a pat on the back, as well as being told to do community service.
I really don’t understand how anyone can even defends this shit with the whole not so subtle implications of the Diamonds committing to massive crimes of genocide.
be honest. are you guys only hanging out with me because of the prophecy.
as a true geto hater it brings me immense joy to remember that he got packed up by a suicidal anxious loser w/ the power of true love who hadn't even learned his own cursed technique yet and had been studying jujutsu for less than a year
You can blame Funimation, The Localization Company known for changing the script to fit their own agenda on that one
who the fuck wrote this dub script
Well, strangely enough, only on the Free Encyclopedia Wikipedia, does it source the writers for the Danganronpa 3 to be not Kodaka, but Norimitsu Kaihō, which makes it more embarrassingly stupid when it also sources that he doesn’t know anything about the Source Material, and you could probably call Kodaka very Egotistical on this part too, because he really thinks that this conclusion is genuinely a Masterpiece, well at least, it’s sort of better than DRV3.
So, I finally sucked it up and watched the DR3 anime and... wow was it a chore to sit through 😅 The writing felt a bit off for most of the returning characters, most of the new characters introduced were unlikable or undeveloped, there were quite a few inconsistencies to the games, the uncomfortable and blatant fanservice, and I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion or anything... but I found it pretty boring overall.
it never fails to surprise me how some people will simply take every single thing in a story at face value and assume that what the characters are saying or doing or thinking must always be true even when all of the context clues are screaming the opposite
Boy, that was so much copium people took to think such a retcon was that good
remember how kokichi ouma said he was trying to kill everyone in chapter 4 (which i highly doubt but thats a conversation for another day) for “their own good” and then after chapter 5 the fandom went through 8 hoops trying to convince themselves kokichi was Good, Actually, by claiming he figured out the plot twist of chapter 6 two chapters ahead and instead of being normal about it he set up all of chapter 4 using “uwu its for your own good” as an excuse so he can get everyone to hate him and believe him when he said he was the mastermind?
and after the conflicts of chapters 4-5 the fandom somehow still think KOKICHI was in the right?
“Oh, come on, don’t you see? Danganronpa V3 is actually so deep, because it’s actually about a commentary about fans and products, and how the more people demand for it, the more soulless it becomes!”
Kodaka who had never thought of any of that:
Lore Accurate Super Vegetto vs Boohan in a nutshell
Also, i haven’t played Legends in a hot minute, but since when can three people can simultaneously participate in a raid???
he is having a time
From a psychological standpoint Gogeta and Vegeto are kind of messed up.
i know the answer is probably a simple don't think about but think there's a lot to unpack here
We see they have personalities that mix Goku's love for fighting with Vegeta's overconfidence, but does that mean they have a mind of their own? apply the "I think therefore I am" logic to this and get crazy; Gogeta is aware there is a fusion, but does he have a will of his own?
Does Gogeta's personality experience ego death whenever they un-fuse?
