I made a lyric booklet for Inanimate Insanity!!

This was a project for my typography class, and I sort of lost control lmao— it's 44 pages, all designed and illustrated by yours truly! Just in time for the anniversary, too! (mostly) (I promise I got it done by the first, I'm just posting it late lol)

Here's a few sample spreads from it :3

A lyric booklet spread, of "Afterlife in the Limelight" from Inanimate Insanity. Bow and Marshmallow are at the bar in Purgatory Mansion. Bow has her arms out with a smile, and Marshmallow looks a little concerned. The lyrics are laid out on the left side of the spread.

A lyric booklet spread, of "Just Like Me!" from Inanimate Insanity. The background is a transition from the alternate reality to the normal timeline, with Kumquat and Seashell on the left and Lightbulb running up to Paintbrush on the right. The lyrics are laid out on the top part of the spread.

A lyric booklet spread, of "The Future is So Yesterday" from Inanimate Insanity. Suitcase and Knife are walking from the hot air balloon to Mecloud. It's colorful and almost painterly. The lyrics are laid out mostly on the left side of the spread.

So I ended up with free time at the end of my first class today, so I was like "do yall wanna see a vintage meme?" and turned on "what does the fox say". Expected like. A laugh from the kids, or even just a "wtf is this mx?" which is. A reasonable reaction to What Does The Fox Say.

But instead of a reasonable reaction. all of my students watched the first 60 seconds with jaws agape. And then this one kids turns to me like the fucking eye of Sauron and literally goes:
