Since we're on an island in the Pacific Northwest and it's storming, we decided to have a pirate/nautical themed Dutch Auction. We told the teams "Someone has fallen overboard, bring your best floatation device". One girl and a boy walk up to us and:

Girl: "This is our floatation device; *gestures to boy*, he's a ginger and he's wearing a red shirt so he's already red like those lifeguard pool things, he floats really well, AND *forces boys mouth open* he's already missing a few teeth so it doesn't matter if someone sits on his face!"

I died from laughter for a solid two minutes.

Never had such a hard time choosing 10 pictures cus there is so much more on this lot and I absolutely love everything.

The share house on the right has a living room, kitchen/ dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a party veranda thingy.

The share house on the left has a living/ dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms.

In the back there is a small apartment complex (last picture) I furnished the middle one and it has a living/ dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

There is also a creative space with at ground level room for painting, wood working and flower arranging. And above is a space for parties.

The middle house and 2 other apartments have been left empty.

I playtested this lot with the roommate system. I had moved 4 sims into the right share house and filled the rest with roommates. It all should work fine and there were no routing issues when locking the doors.
