Whenever I go out and actually talk to new people or decide to watch new series or films I rediscover how important romance and sex are in our society and my mind is blown once again

Just saw a post saying

And now I’m sadly reflecting on my friendships again.

Franziska and Phoenix is such an underrated dynamic imho. Like obviously Franmaya and narumitsu are discussed at length and then Maya and Edgeworth steel samurai besties is too, and Fran and Nick are the only one left on that little group.

I like to think she genuinely likes him but would never admit it to him but he knows. He's used to bickering with someone who he genuinely cares about and recognises during and after BTTT that this is just how she communicates and meets her at her level. I like to think they bitch together about their siblings/partners and other just annoying things in their life. I think when he settles more into being with Edgeworth and Edgeworth himself softens out and becomes more affectionate, he kind of goes to her for the more brutal affectionate bickering because he kind of misses it given there's only so far Miles is willing to go anymore. It makes him kind of nostalgic.

I think she genuinely grows to respect him and likes that she knows the two people she cares about most are so close with someone who is so recklessly protective. She thinks he's a foolish idiot and will say as much to his face, regularly, but I think there's a level of comfort there for her in knowing that no matter what her little brother and girlfriend have someone so steadfastly protective in their corner.

i think we can agree than franmaya would not wingman for narumitsu because they dont care enough to try and fix the disasters that are phoenix and edgeworths love lives. i do however believe that narumitsu would wingman for franmaya because they are the worlds nosiest bitches godbless

A list of rules when interacting with an aroace person, by an aroace person:

- Do not romantic our platonic. We will not hesitate to smash a rock into your skull.

- Do not piss us off. We're all attached by invisible walkie-talkies. It's like roaches--if there's one, there's definitely another one nearby.

- Do not say things like 'when you're married' or 'when you meet that special person'. Trust me, coming to terms with an aroace identity in a romance-centered world is not a fun, quirky choice.

- Do not assume that we don't like seeing romance/sex in the media. I'm aroace and one of my favourite genres is romance.

- WE ARE LGBTQIA+. Doesn't matter if we're cis, heterosexual but aromantic or heteroromantic but asexual or any other combination of all the various shades of aspec, WE COUNT AS QUEER PEOPLE.

- Do not equate being aroace or on the aspectrum to being celibate. It's not the same thing. Being aroace is not a choice.

- Being aroace does not mean we're all lonely or sad. Eating garlic bread is scientifically shown to boost your serotonin levels (don't fact check me on this)

- Living with someone or wanting to live with someone doesn't mean we want them romantically! If you have the option to establish a hideout for you and all your buddies, why wouldn't you?

This was, again, a list of rules when interacting with an aroace person, shown to reduce chances of dying by burnt breadsticks and pasta by 100%!

How does one find a QPP? Asking for a sad aroace friend who just wants someone to go on adventures with, and talk to after a long day of work, and cuddle on the couch with, and tell stories to, and infodump with, but who very much does not want a romantic or sexual relationship. (The friend is me).

-to cosplay jesse and james (i will be james)

-so i can throw flour at him while i'm baking

-those stupid tiktok challenges where you start a painting and then pass it back and forth

-movie nights >:) esp when i get to pick horror movies and laugh when they get freaked out or when jumpscares actually get me

-i need a passenger princess.

-holding hands. best form of affection i don't take criticism, it's so underrated

-stupid fucking inside jokes

-collab playlists of good music that isn't exclusively love songs

-comforting hugs, i just like to hold people

-subtle basic compliments dropped in conversation , 'you're really good at that', 'your hair is really nice today', etc.

-pillow talk- not the gross shit, i mean soft, half-asleep ramblings about his day or current projects or childhood memories

-impulse grocery store runs in house clothes

-loitering around stores and laughing at all the silly shit we find

-nighttime drives where we just talk or sing along to music

-i just like the word 'partner'

in conclusion i think having a qpr would be rad asf

Spiderbyte au where Sombra is the cute girl at I.T. that Widow looks for any excuse to talk to. So she’ll bring random objects to her work everyday and deadpan be like “can you put wifi in this?” and anyway that’s how she ended up with a recon visor that she can watch netflix on.
