I recently learned a new defense against dagger attacks that involves grabbing the person's wrist, tripping them, and catching them in a sort of ballroom dancing dip. It's so funny to me. I see you are trying to Stab me, but unfortunately for you, I am going to Hold you in my Strong Arms and make you Uncomfortable

I think I forget a lot of the time that Franziska (and Maya!) are literally 19. Between all the trials and evidence and spirit channelings, it's hard to remember that they're still kids. Franziska especially lol. (Also, that bit about her using her favorite word so much makes so much sense. I love that omg. I always wondered why she said "foolish" so much, but it's fun to say, so I always chalked it up to that lmao)

edgeworth and franziska both have this weird childishness about them that totally goes against their outward appearances and it makes me so sooooo emotional like yeah edgeworth is weird about his idiot sports car he’s in his early twenties he's going to be be obsessed with a sports car. of course franziska gets grossed out when it’s suggested she split a swiss roll with him eww that’s her brother and she is NOT sharing that's GROSS! of course he's obsessed with a children's show. of course she overuses her favourite word. she’s literally a teenager. they’re literally big tall kids. waa

Receiving comments means so much to fic authors so we’d love to encourage people to leave more. But we appreciate that leaving comments can be a bit daunting or draining, especially on days when we are tired or already stressed. So here are a few resources to hopefully encourage us all to leave more and to make doing so easier.

Archive of Our Own floating comment boxes

There are a couple of versions of these out there and they can be helpful. They are browser extensions that allow you to keep the comment box on the screen whenever you like so that you can easily comment as you read, rather than getting to the end and panicking about what to say.
