Skeleton Appreciation Day by Will Wood and The Tapeworms is kinda togachako coded???
"They say that beauty's just skin deep / So naturally, please show me your / Bones, bones, bones, let me see your bones / Well, I don't wanna know if the feeling follows home"
Like, if you use bones as a stand in for blood, it's literally them???
Apparently a lot of people get dialogue punctuation wrong despite having an otherwise solid grasp of grammar, possibly because they’re used to writing essays rather than prose. I don’t wanna be the asshole who complains about writing errors and then doesn’t offer to help, so here are the basics summarized as simply as I could manage on my phone (“dialogue tag” just refers to phrases like “he said,” “she whispered,” “they asked”):
“For most dialogue, use a comma after the sentence and don’t capitalize the next word after the quotation mark,” she said.
“But what if you’re using a question mark rather than a period?” they asked.
“When using a dialogue tag, you never capitalize the word after the quotation mark unless it’s a proper noun!” she snapped.
“When breaking up a single sentence with a dialogue tag,” she said, “use commas.”
“This is a single sentence,” she said. “Now, this is a second stand-alone sentence, so there’s no comma after ‘she said.’”
“There’s no dialogue tag after this sentence, so end it with a period rather than a comma.” She frowned, suddenly concerned that the entire post was as unasked for as it was sanctimonious.
:]
Togachako nation!!!
Uraraka didn’t sign up for that when she went to find a side hustle👀
oh no that actually happened, didn't it T_T
A woman will literally convince herself that her dead bisexual situationship has become a part of her and will hallucinate her urging her to pursue a man before admitting to herself that she's a lesbian

I think a lot about Uraraka biting Himiko. Maybe she would do that in the beginning because she knows that Himiko's way of loving is different from how most people love. So when she bites Toga, it would be her trying to show that she loves her in her love language....
I've always had a high level of respect for smut writers, because I, a crack and fluff writer, cannot write a kiss scene without wanting to jump off a bridge and/or put my head through the desk due to the sheer level of secondhand embarrassment I get. YALL ARE SO COOL FOR THAT, SERIOUSLY. Way stronger than me too. I'm looking over my shoulder like "holyshitholyshitholyshit" and the thing I wrote was "A looked fondly at B, gently grabbing their hand and drawing them closer"
Not the normal togachako, fanfic, or music posts I spam by blog with but little aro rant time:
I think you either get to be one of those aromantic people who end up falling in love, or you get to be the one who's sitting there, trying to be happy while your friend talks about getting married, and all you can think is "I might lose them." You try to be happy, because marriage is happy; it's supposed to be happy. They love each other, it's a great thing, but what about you? You're making it about yourself now--their marriage, a plan for the future, something that won't happen for a long while, doesn't involve you, but you're sitting there, trying not to cry, and they're /so/ happy sounding. And it's only made worse because they're inviting you, because you're friends and they're aro too and they might understand this, but you can't find it in your heart to tell them, instead you yell into the tumblr void, because what if they think you're just being selfish and controlling and toxic and you don't want that, you don't want to end this friendship because talking to them is so fun.
I will be listening to Will Wood and directing these feelings into a togachako fic if anyone needs me lol
