I went to a family reunion today and had such a strange time?
i’m a tattoo apprentice and i have visible tattoos. it was absolutely wild how many times people just fully grabbed me to look at my tattoos without asking? I felt like i was being passed around like a side show attraction.

When Matt made the oat milk comment, I didn’t take it seriously? I took it as he read the room (not even in a super sense way) and Karen saying no to coffee was a rejection to Frank, so he thought “yikes” was cracking a joke to break the tension, since Frank was clearly oof. Some people are commenting Matt truly needs the oat milk because he’s lactose intolerant or he’s being snooty and here I think he is being a bro 😆

i actually have very high hopes for season 2 of born again! i think the last two episodes of s1 were really good and set us up for a good, well made story.
I wish all of season 1 was stronger story wise, but i have full faith that season 2 will be excellent.
I think the show runners shoved that much content into the last two episodes off ddba so that we’d collectively forget how dumb it was that matt recognized heathers face by touching a painting.
My favorite thing is that "Human Disater Matt Murdock" is a super common tag on both tumblr and ao3.org
But seriously:
He has horrible luck with women
Parkour is his main mode of transportation
He probably only sleeps 2 hours a day
He spends all his money buying his canes in bulk from Costco or some shit
He has a severe lack of self-preservation
He has exactly 2 friends who are tired of his shit 97% of the time
