do something good today.
call your loved ones, speak to them. listen to a new album from band you've heard about but didn't have time to get into. water your plants. draw a cat. but please don't give up, and keep living.
"I drift in space, no oxygen // I suffocate again // Slow motion now, can't feel the ground // So wish me well, my friend
I disconnect reality // Like static on a TV screen // Feels just like a fever dream // When nothing's what it seems to be
Ask God to save me // But she won't take me, no
I'm in between the sky and sea // I'm floating in oblivion // I'm in between entrapped and free // I'm floating in oblivion
I'm in the middle of the best and worst of me // Hurts to breathe, can't believe I'm so lost // All I want is someone to find me // Bring me back from oblivion"

my vibe is that feeling you get when you hear the king of the hill intro start playing on adult swim at 4 in the morning.
I'm trying to practice shading, specifically cel shading cause thats something I want to get better at. So I used Lincoln and Aurélia as guinea pigs. Twitter!
Fun fact, I've had Lincoln as a character since like 2018. A friend drew his reference for me and I've never drawn him since. That's not without trying though, I just felt like I could never do him justice or capture him the way I wanted. He's a beloved character with lots of time, lore and love poured into him but alas I was never able to draw him. This is my first time completing a piece with him in it and I'm very happy with how he turned out. Maybe there will be more Lincoln art in my future now that I've got a better grasp on his shapes.
Aurelia belongs to Foxteeeth on toyhouse!
I'm not dead - just been really burnt out lately. But I'm back with more ship art. Love these two.

the entire point of life is to be silly, kind, and really weird btw.
part of the reason America still doesn’t have universal healthcare is that a large portion of the healthy population consciously or subconsciously believes that being sick is somehow a moral failing. someone randomly has a heart attack at age 30 and there are people like “well, you should have eaten better, exercised more and drank less” like a medical emergency is proof you were living a life of sloth and sin and it could never happen to them.
