How do you tell someone you have Maladaptive Daydreaming without making it sound like you’re crazy??? Like hi, I spend 2-4 hours straight walking in circles making up elaborate stories in my head and mouth the dialogue of my own characters (which whom I care about dearly). Yeah and certain songs or tv shows or books can spiral into an entire new world and story line yeah but I’m not like,, crazy. ??
