I’d just be laying down trying to sleep and next thing you know bad thought after bad thought comes flooding into my head until it gets overwhelming, but because I don’t want to bother anybody with my vent I just stay to myself and then I end up venting to myself. Next thing you know I now feel like going on with life isn’t worth it and I kinda just wanna end it now....it happens constantly- ..no? Just me? Aight
