This is my fifth day being clean and I could care less about it. Is it really worth it?

I was 14, heaviest I've ever been and I finally was free and wasn't being watched all the time.
It was always unhealthy because I saw all food as bad. I wanted to have discipline and not eating made me feel so proud of myself.
Hated myself when I looked in the mirror and just comments people made. Unhealthy because I didn't know any better or faster way.
