524 Not assigned or no longer used
Well thatβs oddly specific and not at all ominous or terrifying! What happened to 524??? What calamity occurred to remove it from the Dewey Decimal Classification List???
mom said its my turn to make the silly tf2 comic
Have a Happy and Safe Halloween Everybody!!! This is from the new Scream Fortress comic. You can read it at: teamfortress.com
Guess who got a bunch of 15ai lines for this interactionβ¦ π I just donβt know if I can animate it or not.
Seems the old true love post is gaining some traction again, oddly enough! I know I said I wouldnβt give context butβ¦
Well, I remembered the finished products.
A project idea from me and friends thatβs pretty under wraps right now since weβre not sure if weβll go through with it or not (time, hyperfixations, etc.) but the general context for these in particular:
The Fault Fortress team is a team of self aware single player bots based on a glitch that a friend of mine caught on tape, within the video was a lot of incredible things to work off of; such as how spy and scout (the player) took opposite routes to investigate the same goal, blue base, yet the people inside were nowhere to be found.
Iβm telling you all this because thatβs the most rooted in fact thing we have about it, however the context behind the IMAGES:
BLU spy joins the gang as well as RED Engie, one before the other. When the team of self aware bots are running from vac between worlds, they find a place to shelter inβ a cold, snowy and desolate area with a barely insulated wooden shack. But itβs unreachable by vac, so they rest there.
Of course, both are cold and the others already have their own setups.
And so, begrudgingly, they both end up going to the same corner bc theyβre COLD and Engie is WARM
Anyways I think since Spy is taller than Engie he has trouble figuring out where to put his legs so he just ends up straddling him lol
Dear M,
Hi, Pauling here. Iβm sure you remember me from my last letter regarding the bugs that you may or may not have put in our base. But that was so long ago - Iβm sure we can put our differences aside in order to work towards a common goal. Thatβs what civil people do, right? They compromise.
We have a suspicion that you are keeping one of our teammates, as well as a teammate from another company, hostage in a diner. For their freedom and your cooperation, we are willing to pay any price. Money is no object. We can provide equipment that isnβt available - or legal - anywhere else.
We donβt know why you have done this, if you have, but there is no one we canβt outbribe.
With all due respect,
Miss Pauling

Could I perhaps get engineer, sniper and demoman with an autistic S/O who got really overstimulated and Is Not Okay? I need,,, for purposes.
Yes, yes you can!!!
Demo:
Demo recognizes that his S/O is overstimulated pretty quickly. The base is always messy regardless of any attempts to clean it, thereβs a lot of noise, especially chatter and gunfire during the day and even moreso at night during complaining or celebrating with the entire team.
βYe alright? Ach, who am I kidding, ye look right terrible at the moment, love. No offense.β
He takes his S/O to somewhere quieter, probably his room as thereβs at least some sense of familiarity and homeliness there for he and his S/O.
As someone who needs quiet to focus on tinkering without blowing something up, heβs got some ways of keeping the room from just being the equivalent of another hallway thanks to the paper thin walls.
If it still doesnβt help, he sticks by his S/Oβs side and refuses to move away for the others until theyβre able to process things more clearly again.
If theyβre stimming to try and release the tension and overwhelming energy of the situation, heβll literally just start mirroring them and stimming as well.
If they need something to focus on that isnβt their surroundings, heβs got a large amount of folklore and myths he can talk for hours about instead of whatever jabbering caused them to be overwhelmed in the first place.
Engineer:
Once he figures out whatβs going on, he quickly tries to diffuse things and get his S/O to a place where they feel more comfortable.
Engineer commands a lot of respect, and most of the mercs know not to challenge him when he puts on a genuine serious face and asks for things to be done.
Quiet down, hush now fellas, can one of yaβll get S/O a blanket? Hm? Yeah, they said somethinβ to hold would do.
Does his best to balance their current needs with social interaction; since heβs aware that taking them out of it entirely might cause them to break down further.
Instead, he lassos in the conversation and quiets things down as much as possible, then reduces the amount of stimuli by sending a glare to anyone making more noise than necessary.
As for sensations, heβll hold his S/Oβs hand if it helps, usually with his normal hand unless they prefer the feeling of metal, wiring, and electric circuitry to focus on. Warm or cold, his hand envelops theirs and acts as an anchor.
If anyone dares pipe up about it or anything else related to the situation, heβll keep his cool. That is, until next time they need his help on the battlefield.
Sniper:
While he doesnβt necessarily understand a lot about it, Sniper is still very familiar with needing and wanting his space, where things are just how he wants them. Regardless of if he consciously realizes it or not, he might actually be the best person to go to about it when his S/O is having a rough time and is overstimulated.
At first, heβll probably try things that help him calm down, but if a lukewarm cup of coffee and a polishing kit donβt assistβor taking a hike into the nearest area empty of peopleβthen heβll start quietly asking questions while internally panicking.
He doesnβt want to overwhelm his S/O further, but he also wants to fix or make the situation a bit better for them. Afraid that heβll make it worse, he kind of ends up awkwardly throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks.
Whatever ends up appearing to work first is what he doubles down on, before trying to branch out from there. If his S/O manages to calm down a little, he thinks, then they can help him help them a little more too.
Itβs a very slow but sure process, and he gets there eventually. By the time he figures out what works, itβs probably far past when they were too overstimulated to function. After that point heβll know what to do and is much quicker and more confident about lending a helping hand.
If theyβre getting overstimulated and itβs just the two of them, heβll do his weird too-long-legs thing and hug them to him in a way where theyβre closed off and safe in his arms. Heβll end up a bit flustered about it later, but they calm down a lot more quickly that way since heβs able to just shut them off and ground their brain to the hug instead of whatβs bothering them. Itβs not foolproof, but itβs shocking how often it works.
This was a lot of fun to write! I hope I got this right and did well with the prompt, haha. Personally going with what would be nice when Iβm overstimulated, though I donβt believe Iβve shut down fully because of it. That must suck a lot when it happens :(
The last one about Sniper is a personal tidbit I think would work really well on me, because I imagine what he does is like a really comfortable tight hug where noises are kinda shut out and the pressure would kinda keep you from moving yβknow?
Itβs like the ultimate βcalm the FUββ move and I love it but it also looks like itβd be really comfortable ;β;

Lol I was unable to post this last night but have the last coherent sketch I made as a request!!!
Might do more headcanons today but probably not, I dunno how Iβm going to be feeling nor what motivation I might have. I just woke up, lol.
Also I drew this Demo from memory which is why some stuff might be missingβ¦
OKAY! GUESS WHO ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE ASK SOMEHOW? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I DID BUT IT THANOS SNAPPED ITSELF WHEN I PRESSED TAB SO.
Edit: Okay, so apparently it posted itself, thatβs why. Hereβs the ACTUAL post.
Iβm glad I took a screenshot, I had a feeling this would happen.
@drjamjamsβ
Thank you so much for the kind words! Iβm so stoked to be able to do this, and it means the world to me that people are enjoying my writing!
I do hope that this rewrite isnβt too messy. This is the ask that I lost yesterday, I did my best to recover what I could and add some extra!
Yall, please give me tips on how to wrangle this site. But without further adieu...
Medic had his eyes on Heavy from the beginning. Hell, who wouldnβt? An absolute bear of a man, stoic but kind hearted, caring for his sisters in Russia.
It was rare before he had met this man to have ever been respected for his work. Most of the time he would deflect comments with an alarming smile and a morbid joke (or by inserting extra organs inside of them next time he had the chance, though it could be argued that he does that to everybody), so when Heavy treated the doctor with respect from day one, he was smitten.
Smitten? Medic had no clue what his feelings meant. Perhaps it was a side effect of surgically adding those souls to his own body, but he couldnβt help being a bit less wound up around his comrade, even going so far as to tell stories of his own past in exchange for theirs.
Misha, on the other hand, never noticed this until the other mercenaries pointed out the clear favoritism. Even then, he assumed it was because they were good friends. Until they hit the battlefield, when they became gods.
Medic, quite like the Engineer, is practically nocturnal. He has no time to waste in his eyes, he has too many organs, experiments, surgeries to conduct. This man will manage to cram a surgery between two autopsies within the span of a few hours, but this means he will hardly eat or sleep until heβs satisfied with his latest abomination.
Why do I bring this up? Itβs because Medic tends to crash outside of the med bay. A lot.Β
Heavy is frequently the first to notice, and becomes something of a guard dog. He paces the halls, any and every noise swiftly shut down by a steely glare.Β
Likewise, if Heavy is the one to crash, be it on a couch, the floor, or slumped over a table, the doctor will carry this man to bed. Youβd be surprised what lugging around a heavy metal backpack and a medi-gun will do for your strength. Ludwig basically Disney-princess style wrangles his birds and helps lift him back to bed.
Once, Scout tried to pull a prank while Medic was passed out after one of his many week-long all-nighter streaks.
Itβs safe to say Ludwig was not ecstatic to wake up to a medical emergency. This is something Scout will never overshare about.
If Heavy is being pocketed by Medic that day, expect to be stuck in respawn for the entire match. Not that it would matter, the team will still win! The two are an ubercharge machine.
Heavy is the only one who is allowed to pet Archimedes and the doves. Medic trusts that Misha wonβt harm them or accidentally crush them.
Itβs mesmerizing for the doctor to watch. Itβs as if his large, calloused fingers become light as feathers, gently holding the little angels with such care, petting them in just the right places. The doves practically flock to Heavy whenever he enters the infirmary nowadays.
Likewise, Archimedes and Medic are the only ones allowed to touch Sasha. Thereβs nothing else to say here.
Heavy only ever shares his sandviches with Medic! Sometimes, Scout will badger him to convince Heavy to share with the others, too. Scout will also never overshare about the incident that followed. Starting to see a pattern here?
Matching pajamas. No, I will not elaborate.
Any chore list there is, Misha and Ludwig immediately pair up. If they change, they still insist on being together. During the change to the kitchen list (all mercs pair up save for spy, designated to a week in which they cook for the rest of the team), they immediately reach across the table towards each other, A gloved hand fit snug on top of that of the gentle giant.
βHEAVY IS WITH DOKTOR! NOT CHANGE THIS.β - Tenβs a crowd, chapter 8 I think. One that hasnβt been published at the time of writing this.
Theyβll cuddle together on one of the couches if they know they have privacy from the rest of the mercs. Medic also uses Heavyβs lap as a pillow. Does this hurt his shoulders? Probably. Does he care? Nope. This man is stubborn and it shows.
Heavy is the little spoon. I rest my case.
!!!
I think if medic and sniper are ever just waiting for something they just silently take their glasses off and swap them
