If you have a friend or family member that has a mental issue, i.e. bipolar or severe depression, talk to them. Just a simple text once a week of "hi, how are you?" It could save their life. Just to know that someone cares enough to ask could stop them from doing something.
My writing is disorganized because I am. I need to fix them with tags so they are easier to find in the right order. But again a disorganized mind so.....
