Three years ago, I told my parents that I didn’t want to go to medical school, after literally studying for years, getting my chemistry degree, taking my MCATS, and getting in to two Med schools of my choice. I knew that I had another purpose. I told my parents: I want to do art. My dad patted me in the back and said Sukesha, be anything you want, but BE THE BEST. Since then I think a lot of people have followed my journey with my art, which I’m so incredibly grateful to have exhibited in the shows I did, work for the clients I have, and the opportunities I’ve been given. What I never said was what happened on the music side of things. My art paved a gateway into the music industry, leading me into a crazy journey that changed me forever. I had to be tough, be strong, and challenge myself. Two years of hard work, countless hours of flying to Belgium and back, little sleep, and insane studio hours. I want to proudly announce to everyone something I’ve wanted to for a long time now.... I have a new single coming out, and that’s not all, I've signed a distribution deal with Warner Music!!!! (Same label as Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, etc.) ☺️ so this will be my first release backed by a major label! “A Place We Never Knew” comes out Nov. 6... get ready!!!! I’m so grateful for my team, the people who support me, and those who have stuck by my side. You can do anything you want in life!!! Don’t ever let anyone tell you different!!! So here we go, to a "place we never knew" ;)
